Pros +
- Big room and bathroom.
- Smelt of damp & stail. No plug in hand basin although the gentleman on reception did try to find one. Coach full of students arrived so ended up eating in Burger King. It was a long drive from Bordeaux so too tired to look for anywhere else. Will not stay again!
- Very sweet, typically Spanish motorway hotel. From outside rather plain, but the inside was very well appointed. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and very quiet. We were surprised to even have a small balcony. Very easy off the motorway. Nice café, where we had breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.
Cons -
- Bed was a little soft.
- Where shall I start…. Room freezing cold; not very clean; very bright lights outside of the room with no good blinds; The food in the restaurant was simply the worst food I ever had in Spain! Service was neither attentive nor friendly. I will for sure not return
- No much could have been better. It is what it is.

The only really positive thing to share about that place is that it is very conveniently located next to the highway.

Great price. About as good as you get for a soul less roadside hotel. Clean. Functional.

We had a lovely dinner by the pool when we arrived. We only had a brief stay as it was a stopover for us driving from Bilbao to Malaga. It's location was ideal for us to park the car and easy access off the motorway and back on again the next morning.
Comfortable Good pool Nice garden Friendly atmosphere Parking
Just continental No hot dishes
Difficult to find
Just off the Motorway good food good prices etc
Really handy for journey from Santander to Andalucia. Staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable, food excellent.
Very handy for the journey south.Handy for food.Cheap.
No hot water at 7.00am.
Tesla chargers right in front!
We stayed one night late February and got SO cold, despite the old heating machine. The staff was not particularly friendly and everything was old and clunky in the hotel and in the roomRestaurant was terrible - mistook my order 3 times and it didn't taste goodOverall you can tell no one really puts an effort into either the food or the place
They accepted dogs
No dogs in the restaurant. Our room was cold and took a long time to warm up.
Quiet room. Perfect wifi. Lots of electric charging options for an electric car.
Food quality was poor.
Staff was not at the reception desk at the time of the check in and we left
We came at 4 PM to the hotel on January 1st when they were supposed to check-in guests and there was no one at the reception, we waited for more than 40 minutes and simply left and went to another hotel. I gave them a call but no one replied. I think it is not normal to not be at the desk at the time when check-in starts. I hope we will get a refund for this unused stay.
Location and the receptionist!
The staff restaurant staff were not friendly and the food was awful.
Clean and friendly good food noisy people
Wrong directions exit 173 could not find had to turn around come to 172 and service road
People are friendly if you are friendly! If you have an electric car or just want a good hotel to rest and park for free this is the place. Next day I visited the supermarket at the other site of the highway, cheap products and fuel (for if your car is not electric)!
Burgerking around the corner, but I decided to go for the restaurant. People didn't speak English (yet) and it took a while to get an order. The historic site in this area can be closed and the roads are really bad.The party / nightclub is at the other site of the highway.
The hotel was conveniently located by the side of the motorway and was cheap.
The hotel is very tired and dingy. The rooms have not been updated for some time but were quite large. The door lock had been screwed open and a small bolt added that I wouldn't trust on a shed. There had been a rain storm when we arrived and the bathroom smelt of "drains". The "restaurant" despite being attended by a really nice and helpful lady was dreadful it was basically a motorway cafe. If we hadn't prepaid we wouldn't have stayed.
The hotel was very easy to find but it was right next to the motorway, the hotel lobby has lots of antique items scattered around, the room was comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the motorway. Parking was in the front of the hotel/cafeteria but was ok. The restaurant was closed so we ate in the cafeteria but the food was very good. We were unable to have breakfast as a large coachload of elderly people arrived just before we came down from the room and the queue was enormous and with only 2 staff they were struggling so we left and stopped further down the motorway.
Staffing levels in the morning should have been higher to cope with the rush.
