Petra Boutique Hotel

We were a group of 7 people and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the visitor center.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

The way Petra Boutique Hotel welcomed us was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was extremely supportive, helpful, and pleasant. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely comfortable and well cared for.The breakfast was amazing. It was such tast hash brown. The kitchen chefs were very eager to explain the dishes, and every staff member was always ready to help with a smile.I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this hotel.

First the bed and pillows were comfortable with fine linen sheets…no. 1 requirement after a lot long flightNabeeh, manager, took special care and interest and skillfully handled each request. Reada, the Chief, personally provided a very early morning breakfast which will always be memorable…together with the front desk and staff it truly is a boutique Hotel

The room was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. All staff were very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with omelets made to order. Exceptional location very close to the Petra Visitor Center. Excellent restaurants close by e.g. Old Street Restaurant, or cooking classes held at the hotel. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to Omar at the Reception Desk who was very helpful.

Nothing not to like about the hotel.

Great rooms. Loved the heat. Petra was very cold, but I was able to sleep well because there was heat.

Overall great. Perfect location for visiting Petra, just a two minute walk to the entrance. Very nice and helpful receptionists. Good room, modern, everything works well, nothing really to complain about.

Not the fault of the hotel, but just for your info - nearby restaurants are not good despite their great scores on google maps. The two dinners I had in Wadi Musa were by far the worst food I had in Jordan, but I bet this is the case elsewhere in Wadi Musa too, not just close to this hotel.

The location is perfect, a two minutes walk to the entrance of Petra and right next to a mini mart, many restaurants and shops. The staff are so friendly, the breakfast very good, the beds and rooms very comfortable.

Breakfast staff were very friendly, very comfortable room with all possible facilities you might need. Location was good, 5 minutes walk to Petra visitor center.

Location was convenient walking distance to Petra . The rooms were clean and new. Good breakfast selection.

The WiFi is weak

I was highly satisfied with the staff- Hashim at front desk was able to organise my trip to Wadi Musa and to Amman airport at late night. The chef Hussam was able to arrange excellent vegetarian dishes for us at short notice while Mitchie and Otman provided us excellent service.Above all, the location of the hotel- one of the closest to the entry point for the Petra structures and the start of the siq- adds to its overall attraction. In fact before selecting any hotel, I look at its location. This hotel was excellent in that respect. The only point I feel was that the overall hotel rates in the area have decreased recently may be because of conflict across its borders. I felt I could have got a better rate.

WiFi erratic.Some minor improvements at breakfast:(a) Staff insisted we go to an unused table away from the window rather than use a cleared window table. When you are here for a 3 night stay of a lifetime you want to see the view.(b) Coffee not great and altogether scope for improvement.No alcohol status should be made clear

Easy access to Petra, just a short walk to the entrance. Nice, comfortable rooms and very good breakfast served in their nice top floor. Everything we wished for in our stay.
