Everything the room was clean and modern, the pool is very nice, and the staffs are very attentive.

Hotel is very clean, location is great and staff are amazing, location is 5 min with car from the visitor center

So friendly hotel staff and the room was so spacious. The best shower I had and the view is magnificent

The staff could not have been more helpful. Petra is extremely easy to get to in just a few minutes by car so the location is very good. We had a really good meal outside overlooking the town as the sun went down. And they made a real fuss of me on my birthday! All in all we thought it was excellent value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like

- The staff are very attentive from the concierge desk, to the reception, to the restaurant staff- A particular appreciation to the dinner chef where he took good care of my order considering my food allergies- Rooms are very clean and equipped with amenities- The ground floor cafe view overlooking Wadi Mousa village is amazing- Breakfast variety is good

Great choice for your stay in Petra; the park is a 10-minute drive. There is a well-equipped gym.

Lovely hotel, newly built. Very well appointed with amazing staff who couldn’t help enough. Super comfy beds which welcomed you after many miles on your feet. Food is excellent as are all the facilities. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

It’s about 5 mins drive to Petra entrance park

Everyone was welcoming, we arrive at 2am and Airen welcomed us and the front desk upgraded our room as we checked in early to our booked room.

Management upgraded us on arrival and were helpful in advising us visiting petra and restaurants in town. Great value for money.

Real shame the place wasn't more busy but this was due to political reasons completely outside of the hotels control and applicable to all of Jordan

Abdullah at the reception gave us a warm welcome and provided all the required information about the hotel. We got a large and clean, really comfy room. All staff members working at cleaning and dining contributed to make a great atmosphere through the duration of our stay with their helpfulness. Great selection of tasty dishes both at breakfast and at dinner. Also, the hotel is located just 5 minutes driving from Petra Visitors center. Free parking for our car.

Very clean and excellent location

Room was a little hard to heat in February, bread on offer at breakfast was home made and not good.

Everything, staff friendly, food excellent and all facilities including gym were exactly what you needed, would recommend 100%

staff was really nice and welcoming, room really nice and clean too. We asked where we can have a very late lunch and they accommodated us at the hotel restaurant

just one thing: the internet didn' t work well, though we've been told that everywhere in jordan except in amann the internet is not working well. which is not true, the internet worked around the country well.

The property is excellent. Starting with the spacious parking area. From the terras you have a great overview of the city of Petra. Nice to know: the hotel is located 8 minutes away by car, from Petra visitors entrance.

We were quite comfortable here. The room was very clean, and the bed and bathroom comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Communication before our arrival was excellent. Staff was very accommodating in preparing a late-afternoon snack and drinks after our day in Petra. Food in the restaurant was plentiful. We opted for the breakfast and dinner meal plan, which was an exceedingly good value. Parking is free and on site. This hotel is an excellent option near Petra if you have a car.
