Very close to Petra entrance, excellent included breakfast, comfortable room

Ahmed, The Manager at the coffee house and his team are attentive and always try their best to cater to our requests.

The menu at the coffee house is reasonable and can be further improved with some fresh fruits.

We went there as part of our honeymoon travel to Jordan, and were amazed by how kind and attentive the staff was. Good food and a 10/10 location for visiting Petra.

Best location, very friendly staff. Most all , the hotel has a beautiful lobby. We love it.

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the entrance to Petra. They also helped us arrange a car from the airport to the hotel which was amazing! The hotel itself was very clean and very nice. The room was comfy and really nice! Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is only about a 2 minute walk to the entrance of Petra. The hotel was clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool open most of the day which was nice. The outlets in the room were multi country, and were accessible for North American plugs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a great price considering the location compared to other hotels in the area.

We thought the breakfast was okay, we were not use to a lot of the types of foods that were served.

The place is absolutely in front of the Petra visitor center close to the road with restaurants and departmental stores Hotel is new and clean. Also features a nice swimming pool.The staff is brilliant from reception - Abdulrahman, Food and beverage - Eyad, service - Happy everyone is very helpful.For the price it is worth the stay. The hotel is neat and clean. I travelled with my six month daughter, the stay was a breeze.

Location, buffet services and personnel were great.

We booked two rooms, and requested double bed for both rooms. Despite taking their approval, they stated otherwise and did not provide the double bed for the second room. Make sure you double check on your requests prior to arrival.

Great location, just 3 min walking from the Petra Visitors Center to access the archeological site. Staff is very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast and nice swimming pool. Reasonable price.

Facilities are a bit vintage and carpet could be taken better care of, but this is a small detail that does not affect a nice stay.

Very convenient by all means, amazing price for the services, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Included Breakfast was great with variable options. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walking distance to the entrance of Petra and adjacent to different restaurants, close to transportation to Amman and wadi rum (JETT), and taxis.

The location is perfect less than 5 mins to Petra main entrance. And the staff were amazing.

Breakfast should start earlier so people who wants to go at first open to Petra can take the breakfast before.

The location of Edom is excellent. It's right near the entrance to Petra which makes it very convenient for early hikes. It is also located near restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good, especially the omelets.

The highlight of our stay. A big big shout out to Mr Emad and his team. Mr Emad took care of us right from when we arrived, helped with our luggage himself, made sure we were always comfortable, even sent a cake to our room for our honeymoon which we thought was very special :) the location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the Petra visitor centre and a variety of restaurants and local shops all within walking distance and the view from the balcony, especially at night is so special. This is a local run hotel and we cannot recommend it more! Thank you Mr Emad and your team for making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely nothing to not like

The hotel location is perfect since it’s very near to the entrance of Petra. The rooms were clean and I think it is the best hotel in Petra in terms of value for money.

The rooms a bit small but it is good for an overnight trip.

Staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, good recommendations. I had small issue with my foot and they helped me get to a pharmacy and recommended a close by local restaurant. they also let me stay extra 2 hours past checkout time. the rooms were clean and wifi and AC were strong. The included breakfast buffet was great too. for about $60 a night, I thought it was a great deal. Hopefully I will return someday.

The whole expderience was amazing. Hotel is beautiful, modern and right next to the entrance to Petra. Staff of the hotel was so friendly. We got hit by flooding in Petra when we were supposed to leave and once we got back to the hotel, even though we were already checked out, the restaurant manager (i think) was so kind and got us some tea and snacks to get us better for the road. The whole experience was just amazing. Even breakfast was so good and room was so comfortable to stay in.

I asked for an iron, and I haven't received it

First of all, the staff are extremely professional and friendly, especially Mr. Emad, who runs the restaurant. He made us feel welcome every morning when we had breakfast. Essam, the chef, was extremely attentive and cooked our eggs exactly as we like them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and bright and has everything you need. This has easily been our favourite hotel in Jordan and I couldn’t think of a single thing they need to do to improve it except to stay just the way they are. Thank you so much for looking after us during our three day stay, especially Mr. Emad.
