Sunset Hotel

Basic room that was clean. Staff was extremely accommodating.

Breakfast was awful.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes from Petra. Staff is super friendly and are always trying to make you feel good. There is an option for a petra lunchbox for the price of 7 JOD that is very big, with multiple itens and worth the price. Rooms are confortable and clean. Excellent stay.

Location! It was just a 5 minute walk away from entrance of Petra, so we could go very early when Petra opens and avoid the crowd at the treasury - it was so worth it to enjoy the view before the large crowds come Bfast - basic normal jordanian buffet spreadRoom was clean and basic Thumbs up to the staff! Friendly and went extra mile to help us, also helped us to carry and bring our luggages all the way to our room

Nothing!

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the Petra Vsitor Center. Very professional and helpful staff. They gave us tips for visiting Petra and also booked transport to leave Wadi Musa. The room is excellent, spacious, clean, has everything you need. Breakfast is nice.

Great facility and 3 minutes to the Petra entrance gate. The staff were dupes friend helpful. We were even able to check in early.

The staff are the kindest and nicest people. Always there to help you out, even giving advice on how to trek Petra (they're really good advice you should follow it). Location is so good, 5 min walk to the visitor center. Good breakfast, good amenities, just no complaints!

Nothing, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is by walking distance to the visit center, perfect for visitors wanting to go to Night Petra as well. The hotel has all the amenities, and was super clean and comfy. The real treasure is Firas from management. All the reviews about him are true. he is an exceptional host, ready to answer all our questions and helped us make your visit to Petra extraordinary.

Great hotel 2 minutes from Petra entry. The room was big and clean. It was a good location to visit Petra.

Friendly and professional service!Cleaned room & heating worked well. The best: bathroom, big, good running warm water.Short walk to Petra Visitor Center & best restaurant "My Mom's Recipe".

Just a typical cigarette smoke from other room. ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the Petra Heritage Site.

Incredibly helpful and nice staff. Ahmed and Adam were courteous and friendly. Firas was super helpful and arranged for our transport and accommodation not only in Petra but also Wadi Rum. The staff were exceptional.Excellent location 2 minutes from Petra entrance. Clean and comfy rooms.

The place is perfectly and centrally located, just a short two-minute walk from Petra, which makes exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff and owners are exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need, making you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive. They even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out while we visited Wadi Rum, which was very helpful. The room itself is cozy, clean, and very comfortable, exactly what you need to relax and recharge after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was decent, offering a simple but satisfying start to the day with enough variety of options. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, reasonably priced, and highly recommended for anyone visiting Petra.

Amazing location for Petra visitors. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. If I ever return to visit Petra again in my life, I'd come back here, no doubt

Location, value and the warmth and welcoming staff are all amazing - the buffet food was also decent and very good already, very close to the visitors center of Petra

Just update the bathroom

Good hotel, friendly people!

Breakfast wasn't good. (Low season, so food was not fresh).

It exceeded my expectations, specially because they claim to be 1 star hotel, however they are much more nicer than 3 stars hotels I stayed. Everything clean, maintanable, friendly staff, and the location is perfect for both Petra and restaurants/groceries.Breakfast was also the best I had in hotels on Jordan (keeping the Jordan stay standards: few "western" options).

Honestly, nothing to say based on the price I paid and other options nearby.

We had a great experience here. The room was comfortable and beautiful. We had a great view of the sunset. Staff was kind. Dinner was delicious and there was a big spread. Great value for the money (12 dinar). Walkable to Petra which is why we picked this

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. It is among the closest hotels to the entrance to Petra. It was easy to park. I think I was most surprised by the breakfast. There were many choices available including about six hot foods. The wi-fi worked well and he staff was very accommodating.

Everything! The property is very near to Petra Visitor Center. We were lucky to get early check in at 10 AM, it’s subject to availability but so glad they can accommodate us. Dinner was very delicious, breakfast was simple yet filling. Mr Firas and Mr Ahmad were so kind and helpful. They gave us good room, a lot of information about petra as well. May god bless them, wishing success for both of them and the property.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, nice room, perfect location.
