great location and easy walking to Petra. Staff and breakfast were great

Great breakfast, walkable to Petra and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff

Water pump on roof made a loud noise 10 seconds out of every 2 minutes which was annoying, but staff was willing to turn it off during sleeping hours

Mohammad provided amazing help for us - one of the most friendly and professional hotel staff I have ever met. Dinner excellent - breakfast basic but ok

The hosts were superb: helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

It’s a bit further from entrance than some others but very clean, safe, etc. Took 5- 10mins to walk over to entrance with some uphill and broken side walks.

The proximity with Petra, and the street that was very quiet. The staff was also amazing.

It is very near to Petra Visitor Center and accessible to restaurant and taxis

The hotel is very close to Petra, about 10 mins walk to the visitor centre. Staff are kind and helpful.

The water pressure was a bit low when you have multiple people from different rooms using the water at the same time. During my stay, there were only 2 rooms (including me) were occupied. The water from the bathroom was just dripping.I have flagged this issue to the hotel. Hopefully, they can make an improvement on this soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Petra Aretas Hotel. The emminities and location were great. Value for the price The location is close to the visitor center. We used the public free parking facility opposite the visitors center for tourists. The hosts - Mohammad (Sallar) and Mohammad (Mojo) were exceptional. Don't forget to have Mansaf (Jordanian delicacies). Let Sallar / Mojo help you with that. It was one of the best we had in Jordan ?Will highly recommend this place, whoever is planning their next visit to Petra

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel to rest for the day treks we planned in/around petra. I'm surprised by the attentiveness the staff has for running this hotel with just 3 guests in it as it was a low traveller season throughout Jordan. The staff Mohammed, Hashim and the chef took great care of us.

I wish there was a on demand dining available.

Very clean rooms, location is good, very close to the bus station and to the Visitor Center Petra.The food was delicious and host brothers were very helpful and friendly.My recommendation for this hotel ,best place to stay when you visit Petra.

Excellent location, free parking, and friendly staff.

Was a really great place. Short walk to the Petra Visitor centre. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Because we came during the low season staff packed us “lunch boxes” in place of breakfast to take during the day to Petra which were super convenient and very needed after walking in the hot sun.

Location was unbeatable, just a quick walk to the Petra welcome center. Free parking in the property.Strong WiFi.Beds were super comfortable, king size, and clean! (Surprisingly nice pillows too).Powerful Air condition unit! Good breakfast. I liked that they started service early so we could be 6:30 am sharp at Petra’s entrance. Staff were very attentive and helpful at the front desk and the person who cooked out breakfast. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Bathroom was on the small side but to us it was not a problem.

This hotel offered free parking and location very close to Petra Visitor Center. The staff was so kind and welcoming as Jordanians all are. The pictures reflect the actual hotel. I got a room at a really good price and it was excellent value for the money. Clean, convenient, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent, friendly, helping staff (I am sorry I forgot the name, excellent, patient, kind gentleman), good location 700 m walk from the Petra Visitors center (pay 2 JOD for taxi on your way back, steep as all Waqdi Musa is).Large comfortable newly furnished room with good AC, carpark available until we finished the visit, good WiFi. Late check-in (after midnight).We highly recommend this stay. They packed us lunch packages instead of breakfast. All was good.

Friendly staff. Excellent responding to every request. Clean and very very comfortable
