The staff is amazing and helpful. We came in bikes and the storage place was very nice. Centrally located with several restaurants around. Best place to stay in Requena if you are biking.

Despite their non-smoking policy, you can smell some tobacco smoke in the hallways.

Short stop off on our way home from a week-long stay in Maiorca... So we were really just looking for a place to take a shower and rest up before the 900+km ahead... We were able to do just that so thanks!

Clean, comfortable bed, spacious, quiet. I would stay here again.

Very central and 5 mins walk away from the Old Town.I was given a very nice large room with a small double bed, excellent for solo traveller.Shower, whilst off the tap was quite powerful and very hot water.

When I checked in the lady was quite sullen. We couldn’t converse as I couldn’t speak Spanish and she couldn’t speak English! A smile would have been nice! She needed my address and after some confusion (I thought email) I realised it was postal address. I wrote it in a scrap of paper! Perhaps have a typed up slip, in other languages simply headed postal address for customers to complete?Room was cold when I checked in at 1pm. Fortunately I was out all day and the radiator had come on when I come back early evening, so room was warm then and through the night. Perhaps put the heating in a couple of hours before guests check in room.

For a one night stay it was fine. Good value, comfy bed.

Bathroom sink took ages to drain away.

It's right in the center and the bed is very comfortable and feels fresh in summer.

The hotel is located in a building that looks like an apartment block. Very good service but the hotel is old and the area is not very pleasant. The photos do not reflect what the hotel really is.

The hotel is perfectly located just on the edge of the wonderful old town but also right in the heart of the new one with lots of very good to excellent places nearby in which to eat and drink. Our room was ideal for a short stay and the staff were very attentive. We liked that there was a fridge in which we could chill drinks and keep food fresh. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the delightful town of Requena, not least because it is within easy walking distance of the railway station.

The staff was ok, but not even a word in English. Quite annoying when you try to speak with someone, and they do not even try to spell just a single word, they just speak to us in Spanish.

There is no staff in the jotel the guus that are responsible are in different hotel across the road. There is no elevator in the hotel so you should carry your luggages to upstairs. There were cockroaches in the room and it made me crazy

Wifi signal was very weak in our third floor room, had to park a long way away, although were able to move it closer later

Very close to old town and station just 10 mins walk away. It had a bath!
