- It was next to the hospital of my mother’s life threatening hospital.
- Loved the proximity to the hospital, located in a very close mall, easy access. Also loved the amazing staff, and I'd like to mention Ronit who assisted and helpped always with a smile with the outmost attention.
- The location was perfect for hiking in the Jerusalem Hills and for access to the Hospital. Very safe and next door to a mall with food and services. Also, free parking was great!
Cons -
- I was treated poorly, over charged and the room was not clean.
- The facilities are a bit outdated and the hotel needs some renovations or refurbishment to bring it back to todays standards
- My price on Booking didn't include breakfast, which wasn't worth 60 NIS

Everything, the welcoming lobby gave us a wonderful first impression that made us feel immediately at ease and excited for our stay. The room was clean & comfort. I highly recommend Ein karem hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay , excellent service & convenient location.Thank you
The location is very close to the hospital
The sink was blockedThe food was ok but not value for moneyThe overall price is too expensive for such level of a hotelIn general, this hotel is only good if you need to stay close to family member who undergo medical treatment in Hadassa hospital, and also because this is the only hotel that close to hospital
Perfect breakfast, exactly what was required. Loved the salads and choices of cheeses. Coffee and tea good. Lovely staff.
Could have had a toaster.
Restaurant staff was very kind and friendly.
Terrible Hotel - only positive is proximity to the hospital
Staff is friendly.
The soap dispenser did not work and I had to use soap from a drinking cup. Also I wanted to take a shower in the morning. When I started the water, it came brown-yellow. Pretty disgusting. Needless to say, I did not shower and went to my meeting unshowered.
The breakfast is great, the location is the best if can be- level 0 near the entrance to the mall of the hospital.
Not yhe most clean shower- needs some good treatment with a bleach.
perfect location from the hospital and university
rooms was not clean enough and old
the location
very poor breakfastlevel of cleaning was horrible. they skipped the cleaning one day and they didn’t do anything the second day when askedbad tv quality
A lot of opportunities
I booked 1 night stay to premium room with balcony, I arrived to the hotel and found out that these rooms are fully booked, so we had to get a premium room with no balcony, but still paid for the previously mentioned room price. The room was not clean; the sheets, the towels, the bathroom.
very close to the hospital
room badly cleaned, no hand soap, trouble with locking and unlocking door, reception not always manned, information such as meal times available only by finding an employee and asking, blackout curtain not on all the windows….
only stay at hotel if you want to be a sort of the hospital complex
We booked the hotel for a two day get away in the Judean hills. the pictures show a quiet view from the winds or balcony overlooking the Judean hills. the reality is that the hotel is a part of a large hospital complex. when we checked in there were people with hospital bands checking in. there is nothing around the hotel except for the large hospital complex
inside the hospital, nice rooms and great breakfast
no so clean, missing pillows and blankets
The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I liked that it had a shopping center very close to it.
The room was not clean at all. The fridge didn't work and nobody seemed to care. There was a water leak, after asking for help, they came and wiped the water and didn't care to take care of the problem. The bed is very uncomfortable sleeping more than one night is not recommended. Above all didn't even get the minimum attention from the staff.
they cared that i have a test and prepared the environment accordingly
not so cleanbreakfast is not good
it is located inside the hospital so it was perfect for us as we needed to stay close. the breakfast was pretty good and diverse. overall, for a hotel located inside a hospital it was pretty good
the staff was ok. not to friendly but not bad. the bed setting was bad and not so comfortable (pillows, blankets and the way they set the bed).
The location was very convenient to Hadassah Hospital.
Air conditioning was turned off while sleeping. The light also was controlled from the desk.
Perfect location for hospitalized relative. Breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty.
Heating was inadequate. Noisy and not warming.Bed rather short.Bathroom with minimal facilities.
