    Cons -

    • The food and dining experience throughout our stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the hotel’s positioning or pricing. The hotel felt very crowded, which clearly affected the overall atmosphere and service quality. The dinner experience was especially frustrating. We were not given any information in advance about the dinner format or price, and only discovered the very high cost (560₪ per couple) at the entrance, after being asked to sign. The buffet itself was very basic and of mediocre quality, and surprisingly, no drinks were included not even soft drinks, coffee or tea.At the end of the meal, when we asked for coffee or tea to have with dessert, we were sent to an external bar to purchase it separately and were not allowed to bring it into the dining room.In addition, breakfast was also not tasty, and the dining room staff were not communicative, attentive or service-oriented.Following our complaint, the hotel refunded 50% of the dinner cost, which we appreciated. However, this does not change the fact that the overall dining experience and service were not aligned with the hotel’s pricing and positioning. The lack of transparency, overcrowding and overall service quality made the experience feel unfair and frustrating.
    • I would recommend changing the mattress, as it was less comfortable for sleeping, but this is individual, so it’s best to ask guests which mattress they prefer for their vacation. Unfortunately, I left with back pain.

Everything was far beyond our expectations - the breakfast and dinners were both incredible. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. The facilities are just gorgeous, and the room is spacious and luxurious. Every detail has been thought out with the guest in mind and with the intention of providing guests with the most incredible and relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would have added would have been entertainment/ show for Saturday night. It happens every other night of the week (I know post-Shabbat may be difficult).

The staff is nice, the room is clean, the food is variable and delicious, the spa is amazing

Sriday and Saturday everything is closed around the hotel

Amazing location, view and territory, location is one of the best in Israel

As with any Israeli chain, the staff is slow and relaxed, don't expect a high level of service.

dinnet and breakfast was very good and the stuff was very helpfull. the room too was really nice.

the facilities we could not use. there were lots of people, there were no places to sit not in the afternoon and not the next day, in the afternoon there were even no towels. it was disappointing and does not match the amount it costs.

Great hotel! The food is delicious, the staff are very nice, Hotel facilities are clean. There is heated pool and jacuzzi till 8PM, they had wine tastes as well.Great view and 15 min from Jerusalem if you want to go out at night.

The price... Too much which make it a "one time" visit unfortunately...

Beautiful location and excellent facilities.. Food needs a bit overhaul but the less important factor. The ultimate location for taking a breather from day to day life

    10SaritPosted on: 11-11-2024

Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Stunning views , extremely relaxing , amazing food! Hamam , pools, jacuzzis and sauna were incredible. Plenty of shade and pool seating .

Honestly it was amazing - if I had to nitpick-Shower pressure in our room was very weak, walls are thin in terms of hearing our adjacent room had the tv blasting.
