Very clean very well presented, the garden was beautiful, the architecture was amazing, service was super nice and professional

It’s not really the property itself it’s the convention that was there, there was some sort of gathering and they were just loud, standing in the middle of hallways blocking bathrooms and elevators and unless you get between them and yell excuse me they didn’t even notice, I wish the hotel managed them better but then again they were grown adults (shamefully) I really wanna give the hotel a 5/5 but I’m not gonna give them 2/5 because of the gathering so I’m just gonna say my rating is none existent at this time

Outrageous service

We waited for more than one hour to get service at the lobby. We asked again and again at the reception and they said someone was coming in 5 min we ended up waiting for an hour for a rude staff.

Nice clean quiet hotel

sheets on the bed and supposedly fresh towels were dirty and stained. no handsoap in the bathroom. only 3 tissues in tissue box..toilet paper poor quality.

Breakfast is amazing

Danish cakes and croissants. More jam variety needed.The salad I had in the lounge did not contain everything as stated in the menu. Coffee is very strong, flavour a little bitter.

Very nice stay. Was lot of guests but we didn't feel it. Swimming pool very nice ! And kitchen / food was delicious ( per opinions of all my family member )

But far from city center ( need car or taxi ) but otherwise very nice hotel

Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you don’t need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

The staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and big enough.We've been upgraded to a very clean, large room.

The choice of SPA treatments was a little bit poor. Also, the schedule was not exhaustive.

the only comment i have is breakfast. it was a bit disappointing. we had breakfasts in many hotels and this one was not good. the breads were not fresh, coffee was bad.

Excellent breakfast buffet. The pool area is really good and child-friendly but still aesthetic and fresh. The gym is small but fresh with new equipment

The room for four people was quite small and there was quite visible wear and tear on the walls, in the bathroom, etc. The common areas, aside from the nice pool area, were quite dull.

breakfast is food. room is spacious enough for family with 2 kids. 2 sofa beds and 2 single beds. has a playroom for kids.

The facilities were clean and well maintained, the accessible parking to the level 1 rooms was a life saver! The hammocks are a great addition to the gardens.

The dining room was under renovations and the replacement was sub par - crowded, untidy and tables were waiting to be cleared for long periods.

The receptionists were really exceptional in their attitude and also in their knowledge of the area! We were very impressed and appreciate this.The hotel facilities are great and the swimming pool really came in handy with the very high temperatures we experienced. Very close to a bus station if you prefer to take that option for travel. Security is top!!

No use of the coffee machine on Shabbat came as a surprise to us being that we understood this was not a religious hotel. Your personnel were however very helpful. Clear information for residents would be helpful.

Clean , parking, pool

Staff is not very friendly. Had a problem at the pool bar and got very poor service.The AC in the room barely worked, and we were really hot Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people

Oh my goodness this Hotel is very highly recommended.the staffs are very kind ❤️The hotel is very clean (really) I’ve been to many hotels in Jerusalem but this one so far is the best hotel.The breakfast was superb and the pool and the garden ? is just amazing.

Room was perfect for getting ready for my wedding. Lots of natural light. Full mirror. Large enough space.

The room was much too cold and changing the thermostat didn’t make it warmer. Also very, very disappointed that there was no room service after I asked a month in advance and was told that there was.
