Stone cabins are wonderful

We were requested by the reception person to move to another cabin due to some issue, unexplained. The other cabin had its floor heating system not functioning. We had an air conditioner so no that bad, but still inconvenient.

Clean, beautiful room. Helpful stuff. Very quite.

Swimming pull closed too early 16:00.

Great location. The room and service were excellent. The restaurant food and service were excellent

Breakfast was excellent as good if not even better than many 5 star hotels I've been to. were always ready to personalize,agreed to a later checkout no problem and were always friendly. they left us a lovely anniversary gift in the room.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The service was exceptional — every staff member was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of variety. We truly felt cared for and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Location is greate, breakfast is good.

Had an issue with the heat, it took a few hours but was fixed ?

We have been in the place few times, we like it so much! The rooms are well handled in excellent condition, the interior and exterior designs are beautiful, the staff in the place is very kind and usually trying to do extra for you. There are perfect breakfast included 10/10! In addition you have a public pool in the place in the summer and in the winter (indoor and heated) as well. Beautiful outdoor views, multiple family activities are proposed in the place. ALL THIS FOR REASONABLE PRICE ?

It's our 3rd time there, and we always love it !!! The facilities, the staff, the atmosphere, the food, the treats in the lobby. We just love the place.

This time the parents' bed wasn't comfortable for us.

it was just a small problem but it was solved very fast: even if I had pay in Booking.com for a stay with breakfast when I arrived it was not written in their system. I had to show them the reservation

the cleanliness level was not as expected , the services and facilities , the pool was not well maintained ,,the chairs were low value the prices high to value it was even not including breakfast … I was expecting a lot better of it

The hotel itself is wonderful extremely well kept, the rooms superb, the breakfast lacks variety - JUST OK

As we were checking in on Saturday, the reception clerk called me twice to let me know the reception was only open until 4pm, and I was lost. It surprised me that the reception closed as early as 4pm. whereas the information I received read thet reception on a Saturday would be open until 6:30pm.The breakfast staff kept sweeping the floor around our table as we were still eating. Not pleasant. We felt they were pushing us out.

The place is well organized for families with children from all ages. Location is fantastic, food options

The small suit was great, most just near completely new. For the second night we took a studio room which was very basic. There was of course a price difference between the two options but the price of the studio should have been much less.

Beautiful place

For the price we paid, I was expecting not to talk to bots (even if they are human).They had many electric and connection problems l, for more than one day. They are not flexible in their average approach.

we were a family of 10 traveling from USA we loved everything about the property. There was a unique charm about the property that was relaxing. we were able to tour around the area with our travel guide and use the activities of and around the property. we would definitely stay again.

Indoor swimming pool with a lot of noise

landscaping was nice and location was good.

not so clean. harsh beds. thin towels. no seating inside the unit.

Excellent breakfast, wonderful location in the Golan Heights, very friendly staff. will come back for a return stay.

The place in general is amazing but the room was too simple - poor value for money. Wish we knew better. we made the reservation via Booking.com and there wasn't enough details/ rooms options.

The chalet was very nice and spacious, and relatively clean

We arrived late and there weren't too many options for dinner, just the adjacent restaurant which is VERY expensive
