Pros +
- The Spa Room has a Jacuzzi Tub in the Room! The Breakfast
- I could not like anything about the hotel because my stay was horrible.
- We were at the garden room and it was very pastoral and green. The food also was very good
Cons -
- Cleanliness not their strongest point
- Main Elevators were not working for the entire stay. My room was next to the service elevator. I could not sleep for a second because ALL (loud) guests in the hotel had to pass by my room to take that elevator. The noise was unbearable ALL NIGHT LONG.Staff not friendly. There was no one to take my luggage to my room (even though my room was on the mezzanine floor)
- The room is not maintained and not clean

I could not like anything about the hotel because my stay was horrible.

The room is not maintained and not clean
Great locationFood
Not clean - dust in roomAll furniture, hallways, rooms, open spaces, elevators had many signs of wear and tare. That would be sort of ok if it were very cheap but in fact it was quite expensive.
The breakfast was great as were the grounds and the location
No hot water in the shower (lukewarm, not cold, but certainly not hot), no iron in the room - we were told there was one of the 4th floor, and found it, but it didn't work... all kinds of other small things too... Bottom line, was an OK stay, but way too expensive for what we got.
A stunning location in the judean hills with breathtaking views, relaxing, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent food and friendly staff and superb customer service all at an affordable price!
Nothing negative at all !It’s quiet and with beautiful views
The food was good enough and the room was clean.
It was too dense in the restaurant and very noisy, poor noise isolation in the room. The garden room is not worth its price.
The staff is very friendly. The chef/manager called a few hours before checkin to welcome us and invite us to come for dinner (our reservation did not include dinner). They are clearly committed to providing high quality service to their guests.
There was an issue with the hot tub, and we got in very late and it wasn't worth calling maintenance. In the morning the staff was apologetic and wanted to refund the difference between the room with a hot tub and the regular room, but was unable to do so because the booking was done on booking.com. I reached out to booking.com multiple times since then and have no received any response to this issue, only a vague response that I contact the property. The hotel was not an issue- they were wonderful and committed to creating a great experience for their guests. I wish the website felt similar.
The surrounding area
The room was dirty, my white socks turned black by walking from the bed to the bathroom. The cups were bot washed before we came…The vent in the shower/bathroom didn’t workThe hot water in the shower went from hot to scorching to cold all the time
Great location, big room, jacuzzi was nice.
After one night the room cleaned but the jacuzzi not.
As always, quiet, pastoral and friendly
First of all, the location high in the Judean hills with a magnificent view in every direction of the forests all around you and across the flat agricultural plains to the Mediterranean Sea towards the horizon. It is hard to believe this was all barren, rocky hillsides brought back to gorgeous nature in my lifetime. The food must get a huge mention. Israel is a foodie-paradise. This resort is part of that. Incredible food of all descriptions, with proper chefs and magnificent presentation. If you want to diet, you will need huge willpower. I cannot think how long you'd have to stay there before having the same thing twice. Its not often the Executive Chef comes to the table to check we are enjoying the food. The clean fresh air is invigorating and there are countless places to sit in sun or shade, in the open or discrete little corners. It is hard to believe that it is only a short bus ride away from the capital city, Jerusalem. Despite that, it's a world away. The staff (both Jews and Arab) were fabulous. Very helpful and accommodating. Always a friendly greeting from them. You cannot help but feel at ease and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. And perhaps an odd comment, the other guests were also so friendly. But this must be a reflection of the kind of people the resort attracts. There were all ages including some really cute children. The atmosphere was unlike anywhere else I have been.
Sadly, during our visit the country was in the midst of a horrible war and a huge number of men and boys were serving on the front lines. That impacted somewhat on the maintenance personnel available and we had a few issues, but to their credit the staff acted immediately to do their best to remedy them. Hopefully they will renovate the hotel soon and it will be a terrific gem.
This is what i didn't like..there was not much i liked..The hotel needs refurbishing..our room was at the end of a very long corridor..there were swing doors leading to the service facilities and from 6 forty five in the morning the workers kept walking through banging the doors and pushing their carts through and then someone started mowing the lawn before 8am which is unexceptable when we are on holiday and paying for our room..the people serving at the bar and the main desk made us feel they were doing us a favour serving us..looking at their phones all the time and after 8pm there is no food served so if you want a light meal there is nothing..the pool is a walk from the hotel..I will not stay there again
As above
Great location remote from the city with lot of hidden places to enjoy spending some time. Super generous buffet, well done.
The cleaning carts are making more noise than they should, oil them...The small fridge needs fixing, it does not cold enough.
Great activities for kids. Amazing view. Food was good as well.Clean and comfortable rooms
Swimming pool in the countryclub is outdated
Location, service, food

In the reception they did not want to give back the VAT, and they did not speak proper english as well. Bad experience
Beautiful views. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Cold at night and no extra blankets!
