It was a nice place to stay especially we had a wedding party to attend at the hotel venue

I would like to have the bathroom cleaned better It felt like someone had already used it We booked breakfast included I expected something better We had breakfast in our room They can work better in the menu (taste wise and selection)Guests were allowed to smoke in the waiting lobby and the smell was going to the upper floor where the guests rooms are located

Charging extra 5% for credit card payment was hilarious. Are we living in stone age?Furniture is old and needs maintenance. Walls had cracks. Rooms are not well maintained.Breakfast area is right in front of rooms. Too much noise starting 8am

Large rooms with good size bathrooms. Each room is decorated differently. Breakfast was rich. All staff were very attentive and helpful. The premises were beautifully maintained and was very appealing.

'Do not disturb" and "Please make up the room" signs would have been appreciated. Too much noise coming from the breakfast area which is right outside the bedrooms.

The bungalows were very nice and everything was clean. The property is very nice.

There were two weddings happening when we stayed, and it was very loud. We couldn't sleep much

The shower and the breakfast were nice. We also like the location and the view from the hotel. The staff were helpful when they realised the stuff-up.

We booked this hotel for the night of our wedding. We arrived after our wedding party, still in the white dress and everything, only to be told that our booking hadn't gone through, despite us having received a booking receipt from the month before. We were given another room, which was not what we expected. What a way to dampen what should have been the most special night of our life! Would not recommend.

Clean great rooms and wonderfull rooms . Great stay by the pool . Excellent food for reasonable price

The bed was amazing!!!

The ladder to the bedroom in the bungalow needs grab rails on both sides and the height of the shower head.

The breakfast is nice but very limited.

I did not like the toilette and the shower place.

As a family visiting for the first time, here are the issues we encountered at the hotel:1. The room AC was uncontrollable, and the furnishings were old.2. The king bed room was too small for our liking.3. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.4. The restaurant was situated in an open area in front of the room, allowing smoking, and had a very limited variety of food, which was consistently served cold.5. The staff was rude and unhelpful.6. Due to wedding parties, there was noise until 2 am, disrupting our sleep. Consequently, we decided to move to another hotel directly.

Everything was great the room the location , the staff are friendly, the service was great.. the breakfast on balcony was cozy with nice atmosphere.
