Pros +
- Resort-type hotel buildings spread all over the property - feel very nice.
- I received a room upgrade to a junior suite. It was very nice. I loved the hours and selections for restaurants. I came in a little late and thought I would be hungry. The restaurant were open very late and was able to accommodate me. I also loved the Spa
- The kids loved the Aqua area. Pools and gardens were beautiful and well maintained
Cons -
- Hotel location ( 6th of October) very far from the Cairo Internationa Airpor and direct exit nearby the hotel. Most of the Cab drivers made mistakes by taking the actual exit which was several miles away, We had to pay extra money for going to the hotel.
- The only thing I didn¿t like was that the tube took a long time to drain the water and tissue was not stocked in either bathroom. I used Kleenex from the box.
- The elevator was not working. We were told it was being fixed but it didn't. I had my 70+ yr old mother with me who struggled to use the stairs and was really annoyed

The kids loved the Aqua area. Pools and gardens were beautiful and well maintained
