Great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, pool was fun

The room was unclean with what looked like blood-stains on the sheets. Breakfast was not great. This would've been a fine hotel for half the price, but our expectations were way off-base given the cost. We expected quite a bit more luxury for this price.

Staff were nice and very friendly . The location is good and close to all spots we wanted to visit.

building and rooms are old and dated . Cleaning not to the top . Doesn’t worth the cost we paid . Breakfast was disappointing . Hotel needs investment and upgrade .

Breakfast was good, it's just the same thing everyday. Wish the menu would be a little different everyday.

The pool closing at 1900, while there's still daylight, and very hot. I was asked to leave the pool at 1900. Pool should be open until at least 2100-2130.

The hotel is great , very clean , close to the city,the train station , the beach is right across the street . A special thank you to the housekeeping manager Mohammed who was very nice and on top of everything. Another thank you to Aya at the front desk as well as Hicham responsible of the banquet . The rest of the staff was also very nice ? ? This place is really worth it . Thank you ? ? ?

It was a mismatch, socially, for me. I'm a single traveller, and like to kick back and relax with the same. But it was school vacation, and the hotel was full of families. Nice, but the pool was dominated by kids happily enjoying their vacation. Great for them, but not what I need to relax. I wasn't the only guest who felt this way.

The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Mohammed, the supervisor ensured that we had everything we needed on a daily basis.

The internet was a little spotty

Pool area, and beds were great. The cleaning lady was amazing, kept our room super clean.

The property was good and clean, cleaning and room service staff was really very helpful especially Mohammed and fouzia.

Breakfast was not that good.

Great location, nice personal, if you want anything, Somati is the man to call. Clean pool. Very friendly people. I love this place, i will come here again. To the people of the hotel, keep up the good work.Power up????????

I had a wonderful stay at hotel al khayma. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soumat for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. The housekeeping staff, especially the housemaid, ensured that my room was always spotless and comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience at the hotel al khayma. The waiters at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, which made the mornings quite unpleasant. However, the chef and the waiters at the snack bar were fantastic and provided excellent service. We had to complain to the manager about the breakfast waiters' behavior, and we appreciate the manager's kind gesture in addressing our concerns.

Location only

The furniture is old, the room is worn out, the towels are old, and the breakfast is very simple and does not deserve even one star to the point that I left it and had breakfast outside the hotel. They offered a price for the room much lower than booking on the site in exchange for canceling the reservation, and I refused. This is evidence of the deteriorating level of the hotel and its services and facilities.

The rooms were a little outdated but they were very clean. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. Thank you Mrs. Rabiaa and Mr. Mohammed. The A/C worked flawlessly and the internet was fine.My daughter loved the swimming pool. Mohammed the lifeguard was awesome.

Location was very good as was parking facilities, lovely beach views and plenty of hot water for powerful showers

Could benefit from a slight make over, although clean it is looking slightly tired

Wonderful location just two minutes walk from the sea – you sleep to the soft sound of the waves. Lovely green enclave within the hotel with great restaurant. All staff endlessly polite, helpful and charming.

Limited choice. Bad coffee. Bad orange juice.

High time to upgrade everything, rooms, lobby, restaurant

The location was very good close to peach,the staff are very friendly and helpful the suiming pool is a bonus for the kid's l every thing you expect in holiday holiday resorts.

Went for breakfast at 09:45 , no food, no plates ,no cups, no glasses, eventually food and everything else started coming out but was gone very quickly, I spoke to a man I think the owner or manager and explained what I was unhappy with, he apologised and the following morning everything was different... lots of food , drinks,plates cups and glasses... Thankyou for listening and addressing the problem.

The staff were really kind even the people that we met there were cool it felt like a welcoming and healthy enviroment.

I didn't really appreciate the breakfast they could do better, but its filling.
