There’s no wifi or if there is which is rare it’s slow or we kept losing the signal. WiFi is important for us coz my husband and I teach online (part-time). He teaches English, I teach Math. We didn’t teach whilst staying in the apartment.We arrived and there was no toilet paper nor a drying rack which was written in booking.com. We were so exhausted, we expected everything to be ready and we can just rest. No bidet when it was written in booking.com that there is. We use the toilet paper and wash ourselves in the shower, it’s the only way. Couldn’t watch Netflix on TV coz there’s no wifi. Couldn’t watch OSN or Netflix in our laptops coz no WiFi. We paid 76 usd for 2 nights to not have a wifi and no bidet. Totally understandable if there’s none, just write it in booking.com that you don’t have them and lower the price. We paid more here than Windsor Hotel in Casablanca and there was free breakfast and complete amenities.

The studio is very clean. Amazing experience.The bathroom and kitchen are fully equiped. There is shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hand soap, clean towels and dish soap.Even the trash can was clean and has a trash bag there for us. Loved it so much and recommend it to all my family and friends

I'm convinced this is the best rental in Assilah. It was a perfect stay with stunning views and perfectly located between the sea and gated garden across the street. The host is incredible and the interior furnished with everything we needed. It was also an incredible value for such a clean, spacious and modern apartment. We'll be back.

The location is great with a sea view and nearby the medina. The room is clean and comfortable. Best value.

Location is great. The studio apartment was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Staff was fine and helpful when needed.

The bedsheet and pillows had some unpleasant smell as if those were not washed or not washed properly. The elevator was a bit finicky at times.

Check-in at separate building from unit. Elevator a plus. Small balcony with sideways view of end of street strand. Very close to marvelous Spanish fish restaurant.

The apartment was wonderful, clean, and well equipped.

I rented a studio room with an ocean view for 2 nights. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Medina. The staff were very responsive and helpful. If I hadn't needed to visit Tangier, I would have stayed here for an additional 2 days. I highly recommend this place and will stay here if I visit Asilah again.

There was some noise at 2 AM coming from some neighbors, I know that it's not something that the staff of the building can handle, but it was very disturbing.

Comfortable , the staff reactive, good location .

The Wifi is not working properly, there is a continuous noise from the electrical panel , the toilet and balcony were not clean when we arrived .There is a kettle but it’s not working.

Very spacious and clean. Had a full kitchen.

Hard to find the entrance to the property and where we checked in, it was on the back side of the building. Also a little bit difficult to reach the hosts upon arrival but overall a good experience.

Peaceful, plenty of room, great location for walking, accommodating staff. Great value during off season.

Would like clean towels or sponge in kitchen. We were only there for two nights and it was sufficient. However, I do like new or clean towels in bathrooms and/or kitchen. Overall it was great.

My second year in this property and I really appreciate the consistency of its good service. You won’t be wrong about choosing Residence Puerto Marina for your next holiday vacation in the beautiful Asilah. This property facing the ocean and few steps away from the medina (old town), has self contained, super clean and affordable apartments hard to find in the area. The couple in charge of the management of this property is very accommodating, doing what ever they can to make you feel happy, safe and comfortable.

A small detail to be improved is the weakness of the wifi in some of the apartments.
