Pros +
- Great location, clean and courteous employees.
- Nice decoration and wel located, easy to walk to the beach or medina.
- Well located by the sea. Loved the deluxe suite with balcony. Beautiful, large room. Great place to start our trip to Morocco. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons -
- No telephone in the room, no TV and no mini fridge in the room.
- Hamam was nice but didn't feel clean since they re-use the scrub clove instead of using a new one per guest. Room was really cold if you didn't use the AC for warm air. Breakfast was nothing special, and not worth the money. Staf was not always very welcoming, no explanation at check in, or helping with questions. Rooms were small since we booked a suite.
- Mattress was hard but that’s an individual preference.

Rooms are well decorated
Lack of service. Every-time you want get in you have to knock the door and wait ( no keys for main door ). Overpriced!
The hamam experience was worthwhile, and reasonably priced! Service was good. Was greeted with Moroccan tea and cookies upon arrival.
Quite a small (boutique) hotel, and the room seemed smaller cuz of the extra single beds. Didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel, but was comfortable.
One of best places we slept in Morocco, very stylish, clean, comfy and nice staff.

Absolutely nothing
Beautiful room and stuff was very friendly! They gave us free coffee and tea so sweet
One of the best places I have stayed in Morocco, great friendly and helpful staff, hammam was superb, food is great and
Very pleasant and attentive staff who loaned us beach towels and got us a reasonably priced taxi ride to the airport. The room was quiet and beautifully decorated (although the beds were rather hard). I appreciated the many electrical outlets and the Kleenex box. Staff seems fully fluent in English, Spanish, and French. The staff clearly takes a lot of pride in the property.

Lovely little hotel! Welcoming hosts, space to park the motorcycles and a massage to die for! Thank you
Lovely small traditional yet modern….Clean. Friendly….its pretty convenient to walk everywhere but not on the sea nor in the old town.
Bout the only thing missing is an outside hang out space but the indoor one is very charming and cozy
Very clean and comfortable place.Nice staff.
Shower box shall have a curtain.
Great place to stay as a base if you visit areas around Tangiers. Lovely people working at the hotel they are polite and very accommodating. Very homely. What I also liked is that they make sure not to waste any food by asking upfront if you plan to have breakfast and with how much people. They reserve a table for you to have your breakfast as planned
Very clean and beautiful Close to the town centre as well
It was very loud outside at the night we stay. I had been told wedding ceremony next door.. music runs until 1 or 2am
We liked the comfy beds and beautiful interior design with attention to all details. The room and the hotel overall was perfectly clean. Really appreciate the lady at the reception who was so friendly, kind and welcoming. We wanted to have a tea, but the restaurant was already closed and she brought us tea and sweets on the house. The staff speaks French, English, Spanish. The breakfast was big, fresh and delicious. We booked a room with 2 beds and we got upgraded for free to a suite and breakfast included.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Great location, clean hotel and nice service.
Lovely hotel. Perfect staff. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It is a very pretty hotel with a lovely minimalist feel. I would stay here again and again. Thank you.
Very welcoming and helpful staff (Farah) and a beautifully decorated hotel with a lot of charm.
I don’t recommande this hotel, it has no charm at all, room very small with no light, no terrasse whereas in Assilah most hotel or riad have roof terrasse with wonderful view for the same price, here it is just a very small corner between 4 walls . And it is 15 min walk from the Medina. And the restaurant has not windows , you feel like a prisoner when you are inside cause everything is close.
