Vincci Resort Costa Golf

This hotel exceeded my expectations; the rooms were spacious and bright, clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds are well maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was priced well and fresh and plentiful. TIP: FREE parking on the street!

Amenities were awesome! Staff is so friendly as well. We enjoyed the buffet but my kids thought the pool was a bit too cold (due to the season though—not the fault of the hotel)

I know smoking on balconies is allowed but it would be nice to sit outside and smell fresh air.

I really enjoyed the entertainment down the street Valentin Sancti Petri. They had a live saxophone playing and he was fantastic! When we went back to our hotel there wasn’t anything going on. The bar near the reception area was warm and the wait time for a drink took a long time. Furthermore, there was probably no more than 10 people in there.

The dinner could’ve been better ( The pineapple ? was not fresh nor was the bowl of rotten kiwis!. Breakfast was decent. Wait time for a small pancake was to long and the fried eggs that were on display were cold.

Lovely staff who always tried to be very helpful. The first room had terrible WiFi. The staff did everything they could to fix it but couldn't, so from the next they moved us to to a different room where the WiFi worked properly. The room was perfect for a family of 4 - very comfortable and clean. The main restaurant had great food. Breakfast was great.

If WiFi is important specify that so that you are not put in a room where the WiFi isn't working.

Facilities seemed old and not properly maintained. Smell of waste water in some bedrooms, carpark spaces not big enough. I wouldn't say it was value for money

The staff is very friendly! Tasty food in breakfast and dinner buffet (half board) with daily variations. Very cosy hotel which is not too large with genuine Spanish vibe. Spacious rooms. Easy street parking. Large outside swimming pools and one tiny indoor swimming pool. Nice environment with beautiful golf course, parks with maritime pines and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity and the beach at a small walking distance. The location offers a fantastic base to discover the wider region (Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Pueblos Blancos, etc).

Not enough swimming possibilities outside high season period: outside swimming pool is quite cold and inside swimming pool is rather small.

The room is huge with a terrace. Inside is 5 star amenities. There are 3 swimming pools. Indoor pool for kids and huge outdoor pool. Huge fluffy towels, lounge chairs, and tasty salmon fish served right by the pool.

There is nothing to improve. It's fantastic the way it is.

Some beverages should be included in half board. Couple floor wine or beer. More music activities. Sheets and updated towels. Sofia needs to be cleaned. Ash trays on the patio

It is a good Hotel with great staff. We went half board and the food was very good as well. I recommend this Hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms and good breakfast buffet.

Hotel itself is a bit outdated and would need some refreshing. Indoor pool is not heated and is leaking. As it was raining whole time during our stay, then we also got rain leaking into our bedroom. Otherwise this area in Spain is one of my favourites and we visit it many times per year, because of my child hobbies. I had booked this hotel for first time this time and we needed to change the dates because we had a specific reason we were coming there and they were changed due to reasons above us, but the staff who responds to messages is rude and not helpful and said that if we don’t want to lose our money or give it to them for nothing, we can only come during the dates that i has initially booked and they also gladly shared that they have been same rude to other families who were affected by the event change and quite frankly i have never seen any hotel with this kind of attitude. I did not want to cancel or get my money back, i even offered to pay extra, but they did not care and got money from lot of families without even giving them the service as they did not come there. So we will be back in the area plenty of times this year but i will never book a room with Vincci again nor recommend them anyone else.

Had it not been for the staff, I would have left an overall negative review.The staff were brilliant, made us feel special and looked after us well.The food was good.Great value for money.

Indoor pool is not heated which in the winter months defeats the point of having it open. Pool Roof leaks heavily when raining like it’s some sort of water feature.Beige futons in the rooms should be removed, thoroughly washed or covered, they looked filthy.The hotel needs to be refurbished, also many of the existing repairs made were not to a good standard, very visible.

The staff members tried to be friendly and polite despite all the people arround complaining about the very used facilities in the hotel.

Very old hotel. Needs urgent renovation. Spa facility not included in the price (aditional 60€ for us) was in a desolate state and not very clean.The pictures on booking seem to be from the late 90ties.We checked out after one night.

The breakfast was super boring. Everyday the same, sometimes, half cooked sausages, eggs, no vegetables, or hardly any... The massage was super amazing! I got 2 and both were above expectation!

Really the food is super bad. Dinner was the worst, but luckily I payed that only once. Breakfast was very disappointing each morning. They don't use salt and everything is just thrown there without care. The waiters do a lot of noise as well with the plates.. some nice care in general is absolutely missing.

A very spacious room. Very clean and equipped. Friendly and helpful staff, specially in the spa.

We were lodged in one of the far end rooms. We found not easy to find our way in or out due to lack of signs, specially in the dark. A few signals might help.

I don’t know if it’s generally, but the only thing I didn’t liked was the smell of mould and damp in the room.

Great faciliteter, entertainment, location, and very nice food! Highly recommendable. Walking distance (5 min) to great beach area.
