The opening times for the bars, they close so early

Nice staff, clean very well maintained property. Nothing for kids to do at property, saving grace was the beautiful beach and beach dining within walking distance.

All pools too cold to swim in even during high temp days. Kid area was one slide, again too cold for our kids and the small playground had ropes around it our entire stay. Spent no time at property except to each the included breakfast. Not worth the expensive nightly rate.

The outside walking areas and park were very nice

The location is quite distant from the beach and on its own does not have any eg dining options in the immediate vicinity. The food options in the buffet (breakfast/dinner) were OK not great.

Everything was excellent. Room was big and comfortable. The resort territory is very well maintained; there are several swimming pools. The property is very close to a big and beautiful beach. We were very satisfied with the breakfast.

Restaurants did not have vegan and vegetarian options so we ventured out.

Extended stay for 2 more nights. Continued with the high quality. Staff attentive. Rooms comfortable and relaxing.

Hot food at breakfast was not hot. In fact it was almost cold. I personally prefer my food at a decent temperature.

Attention to detail. Good choices of food. Gardens beautiful to relax in. Didn't make use of pools but they looked amazing. Service by all the staff is excellent. Comfortable beds. Rooms and bathrooms luxurious.

Snack bar food not good quality for the price. Being Easter week it was very noisy in the dining room.

Spa facility

The way I was deceived when I reserve a spacious room of 42 m with sea views and then I found a small room where all 3 of us couldn’t move around. The views of a ground floor room face a garden then it was a public car place and at the end you could see the sea between 2 palms trees. When I complained at reception the night of my arrival nobody do anything. For more a 400 euros the night I feel I was deceived. Next time I will enquire about room conditions directly with the hotel and reserve with them rather than do it through Booking. Room n 115

The gardens and Beach Club! Very comfortable and clean room!

The food and the lack of shows and entertainment! In the previous stay there were shows, dancing with horses, very interesting, but this time there was none of this!

The sea, the nature, the sun

The dining room feels like a factory canteen. Noisy and chaotic. It would be so easy to add partitions (plants or something similar) and put tablecloths on the tables. Adding noise dampeners to the chairs would help. The manager should learn a bit of English or German and, in his role as host, engage with the customers. If a pastry chef could also be hired, then the desserts would match the rest of the (excellent) food.BTW: The reception desk is very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast and dinner.

No signs to find easily your room. The complex is massive and difficult to find breakfast room, reception and your own room. You have to walk to last pool to get your towels . Needs to be a simplier procedure.

The gardens were beautiful location to the beach was great . The different restaurants were really nice

Our veranda wasn’t very private as there was a walkway which most people walked through

The room I chosed was a "sea view" type of room, but what I got was a "side sea view"type of room. It was not a big problem but this should be mentioned in the room description. They are not the same thing.

Beautiful 5* hotel in front of the beach with all facilities, even a bowling and 5 swimming pools. Kids friendly and many activities organised. Great breakfast, comfy bedroom. Good staff at the restaurant and for cleaning. beautiful garden.

Parking not free, but you can park outside for free.I've got ants everyday (a lot), only reaction of the staff is to spray something, but the came back just after, even no excuse for the disagreement (I have a baby).

People are super attentive to the details, the room was good , the territory is amazing and the breakfast was super delicious

The staff does not speak English
