Pillows a bit too hard

Incredible facility with endless places to sit and relax. Pool area also super but cold during our stay so we did not jump in!

* Staff very nice but only one woman there and she took 30 or 40 min to check in one couple while others lined up. Unclear why but regardless, seemed silly not to have another clerk.* Winter cold and icy rain but spa pool was cold. Clearly a first world problem, but we were so looking forward to a hot tub after 90 min pedalling in an icy downpour!

Everything was superb, especially the customer service of Manuel. He suggested an upgrade when I asked for a better view, and it was grand. The food was great for a buffet and the ambience was pleasant and relaxing. The closeness to the beach was a big plus.

There was a problem with the hot water in the shower.

The hotel had everything you need for a great stay! From the coffee shop to the kids club and the beach bar it was really great. The buffet was one of the best I’ve had at a big hotel. We had a very spacious room with an extra bed that was actually comfortable. The beach was so beautiful, could have stayed longer!

Parking view. Lack of seasoning on some dishes - patatoes were tasteless. Asked waitress when we were leaving the diner if can get some tap water in my bottle- we were heading out for a walk… She refused and said I can buy water but not get tap water..so I had to go to my own room to fill up my bottle.

Really lovely beach hotel. The beach is right there and utterly stunning, Perfect soft white sands, the walk through the sand dunes is gorgeous.The beach is the real reason to come here. Kids loves it. But the hotel is great too, it was April so used the indoor pool, which was great. Outdoor pools looked beautiful but too cold for me ( Kids did get in). The hotel is a 5 min walk from an area with shops, supermarket, ice creams etc which was nice. Breakfast was great. lots of choice, plenty of options for Milk allergy child ( Food not labled with allergens but i think they would help you if you asked. at Dinner they got him some vegan ice cream which was nice)

Would be amazing if outdoor pools could be heated.

We loved the facilities, we went in April so the indoor swimming pool was important for us to use it. Beach is beautiful and rooms are clean and comfortable

it was annoying that staff invariably addressed me in German even when I spoke Spanish to them. Just because the vast majority of their clients are German does not mean that they should assume that everyone wants to be addressed in German

Amazing welcome on arrival. Room ready early. Spacious, quiet room. Hotel next to beach and very short walk to shops and restaurants. Wifi worked well across the whole property. Good selection of food at buffet breakfast.

Location was perfect for visiting friends in Chiclana

No complimentary tea/coffee. Kettle in the room but they want €2 for a tea bag!

Aircon did not work well. Was too hot in the room and could not open balcony door for fresh air because too many mosquitoes

The hotel was modern and excellent, everything was clean and tidy! We liked the location, right on the Atlantic coast, on a beautiful long sandy beach, where we enjoyed walking every day. The food was varied and delicious.

Since we were there in February, we would have a liked a small heated pool in addition to the large pool.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and forthcoming. Upon arrival we realised we thought we had booked a different room due to a little inconsistency on booking website. All reception staff were super helpful and professional and the issue was really quickly resolved and we loved our room!The restaurant was brilliant and the team working there in particular! Very hardworking and attentive.

The indoor swimming pool could have been a touch warmer. But in general it was a pleasant bonus to our stay to have an indoor swimming pool!

The grand hotel has a beautiful internal courtyard garden, with greenery and tall indoor trees almost touching the skylit roof! The area is surrounded by intimate seating for conversation, contemplation, coffee or drinks from the bar. The rooms are comfortable, with a great shower, which includes body and hair wash.The bright airy breakfast room serves comprehensive buffet-style food and includes everything for all tastes and desires!

As we were visiting for only two days, we were disappointed that, although they provided a kettle and cups, tea and coffee were not included in the rooms. We were told we could purchase a tea bag for €2 or buy tea from the local shop. My advice is to include tea and coffee when you pack your suitcase if you enjoy an early morning drink!

The front desk staff is amazing. Elena is very helpful and should be employee of the month ;). she is very helpful and offered a great deal on a room upgrade.Beautiful large rooms with ocean view. Peace and quiet. The hotel itself is wonderful.

Warm food ..... hotter

Check-in was easy and very friendly. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The outside pool is lovely, and the inside pool is great for when it's too cold outside. Great facilities overall. Entertainment every evening and lovely friendly bar staff. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of hot and cold food. Could not fault anything!!
