Beautiful building, courtyard and pool area. The staff was very friendly. We usually don’t like to eat from a buffet, however their setup is very nicely done with different station where all the food is cooked fresh for every customer.The access to the beach is easy and we enjoyed walking along the ocean. Will be back next year.

The location is beautiful, the beach being amazing. The hotel is well maintained and the quality of the food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good. Staff is friendly. The compromise for sustainability is also to be appreciated.

Half-board does not include any type of drinks at dinner, not even plain water, which is otherwise available free of charge everywhere in the hotel hallways. The quality of the bed linen is for a 3 star hotel , with pillow case stained and sheets with wholes in them. The worst part was the lunch options, with the Barrosa restaurant being quite on the pricey side and the pool bar being awful. Poor quality food, very low quantities and definitely not cheap.

Great location, great buffet breakfast and dinner

Bathroom was smelly. Fixed liquid soap on the wall is not convenient, no vanity kit with cotton pads at all.

Overall good hotel, the beach in front is extremely nice, with a super sunset. The access to the hotel is also quite good and the region is very interesting to visit.

The personnel, particularly at the front desk, are not so friendly and not explaining fully the facilities and how to check the hotel info (for instance, nobody explained the existence of an app). Also, the kids club is in fact in the hotel besides, not inside the hotel, which was not a problem, but we should know upfront. The charge of the parking at the hotel is also quite off compared to the prices around the region.

we had a large pool shared by only 10 rooms, which proved very convenient. We ate breakfast and dinner in the main buffet restaurant each day. The food was absolutely excellent with an exceptionally wide variety of dishes on offer. The service was excellent. My wife, who needs a strict GF diet, was particularly grateful for the efforts made in the bakery to provide her with GF croissants and cakes.

It's a pity the beach is not so easily accessible. Parking is quite expensive, considering this is an out-of-town location. Our room had a veranda which would have been ideal for sitting on, but the 2 chairs provided were extremely uncomfortable.

From the beginning the staff was really friendly, especially Manuel from the Reception was super helpfull. He proposed a room upgrade and we took it. We were very happy with superb, quiet room with direct access to a pool just for few rooms. Food was delicious with plenty of choice from the buffet. We spend also nice time in the evenings at the bar with proffesional service and wonderful life music. Oh...and unlimited cristal clear filtered water for free was a nice suprise.

The food preparation and service were excellent. The pool was great, as was the beach, all staff friendly and helpful. Our room, its view, and the bed were all very good. The location for beach access and access to local shops and restaurants was very good

Very friendly staff with a special mention for Maria on reception who gave us a great welcome when we arrived and a fond farewell when we left the next morning. Great buffet breakfast!We attended a wedding nearby and the location and facilities at the hotel suited us perfectly.

We were a little concerned that the surface of the bath becomes quite slippery when showering which could be troublesome for senior guests.

Food options/standards have declined from recent years. Needs some updating and sound proofing in rooms.

Personnel at the reception poorly organised and slow. Tried to call to get my car out and the porter for our luggage. Noboby picked it up. For a 5-star hotel is not acceptable. At my arrival, I had to unload the luggage from my car myself!Poor security. Strangers have easy access to the private pool and stole my towel at the beach while I was swimming. Again, not very good Night entertainment was dreadful. Style of rooms very outdated, limited supply of towels and toilet facilities not very well functioning

Breakfasts - very good choice , good quality .

Pool - cold and impossible to swim and for children to get in . But there was as well covered pool heated .
