We loved the attention and kindness of the staff: Rosa, Charo, Riti, Ana, Laura were exceptional. The rooms were small but pristine, the balcony to the pool a great addition.

We did not like that we were not accommodated appropriately. We came with newborn twins and all the bags and items required to travel with 2 newborns. We asked for a room close to the entrance, first floor or elevators, and we were placed at the very last room at the end of the largest corridor. It was a nightmare to carry kids, strollers and bags.. impossible to run to grab dinner while the other partner looked after the babies. We would have liked a bit more understanding and help on that end.

The property is very nice and gardens and pool areas are well maintained. Access to beach is great.

We had a view to the pool area but at night it was extremely noisy. The music was excessively loud.

Staff is so friendly. Food is good quality, always fresh and very tastyLoved the Halloween activities organised by the staff, it was amazing ! Excellent value for money

150 metres walk to the beach, large clean swimming pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds and the food was very good with a variety of choices would definitely return.

Large room with comfy beds, with a balcony. Really delicious breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice) and dinners (included various types of seefood, rabbit and lamb). Already planning a return. Very friendly staff. A pleasant gift from the hotel. Close to the beach.

If you like a hotel with lots of activity and excessive noise then this is the one for you. If you don’t, then it isn’t. We have stayed in many hotels with activities and music but after less than a day at this hotel we had had enough.The first afternoon there was very loud bingo round the pool area, followed later that night by a singer who didn’t end until 11.45pm. However, the worst was the following day when the music was so loud for 2 hours that you couldn’t even read a book by the pool.An hour into it, we spoke to reception but nothing changed. We decided we wanted to leave as this was meant to be the 5th and final restful stay at the end of our trip round Andalucia.Therein started the challenge of the hotel staff claiming the music was for shorter periods than we said, it not usually being like this etc.Booking.com were very helpful, the hotel pulled all sorts of manoeuvres to prevent us getting a refund for our 4 remaining nights including telling booking.com they wanted a Spanish speaker to talk to on the phone (despite speaking good English to us) and claiming booking.com only requested 3 nights of refund for us. The best bit, though, was them asking us to sign a ‘confidentiality agreement’ promising not to write anything negative about the hotel on social media or in reviews, and to keep the terms of the agreement secret. We found this attempt to control reviews manipulative and distasteful. Needless to say we didnt sign it.Building needs some modernisation/decorating.

Staff were amazing. Nothing a bother. So friendly. Excellent huge variety of different food every night. Different theme. Plenty of choices also for vegetarians.

- it’s really close to the beach. - the food is very good and with a lot of choices.

- the pool area is not dimensioned to the number of guests that the hotel can host. It was very difficult to find empty seat spots. Also, a lot of people leave the towels to “reserve” the seat and nothing happens. - the pool area is very noisy. Once again because is not well dimensioned. - the pool bar does not let take the food to the rooms. For someone that has a child sleeping in the room this is a problem. - the pool bar it only serves food and snacks until 5pm. What’s the point?

The quality of food was disappointing. We had the breakfast and dinner half board deal. The hotel would extremely benefit from improving the recipes and foods offered. There was a good selection but the flavour of the food was not very good overall amd there is a lot of food wastage because of this.

The all inclusive meals were very good. The buffet was awesome. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was good, it was very pretty. We stayed for 2 nights only. The staff was always so nice and helpful. The pool area is very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel room included a mini kitchen and it was very good, very clean. The bathroom had a bath tub which was very good to relax in. We paid for breakfast and dinner and it was good overall.They had some entertainment, a ping pong tournament, music at night until maybe 23 or midnight, plus other small things. They also only had entertainment between Friday and Sunday as per their calendar said. But I think it could be better in the summer instead of in the middle of April.It also had a mini massage parlor which I did not use but the price seemed to not be expensive.At the end of our stay when doing the check-out, they also offered us a bag containing 3 small water bottles and an apple which they said was for the ride home. It was a very nice touch.The hotel location is good in terms of quietness, since it's outside the center, it's very quiet and relaxing.

The buffet was not big, not small either, the food was good but not much variety between the days. Some but not a lot. I went at the end of April and it was very cold outside with lots of wind so it was sometimes unpleasant to take a walk at the beach or just sightseeing. This is not the hotel's fault of course. The city itself is small, the hotel is located a little outside of the center so it's probably best to take the car since walking can be a little difficult since it's too far away. The city was also very empty at this time of the year which could probably mean that this is a destination better suited for the summer. There were a lot of closed houses which we assumed it was because they were all summer homes or vacation homes of other people.They also had a bar but I think the bar was only for drinks which is a shame because I don't drink and I would have loved to eat a burger at night or in the middle of the day, outside breakfast and dinner hours.
