Huge bed, comfortable with nice balcony and bathroom; amazing pool and very close to the beach

Breakfast could have better options, with more quality; no kettle or water in the room

The location is fantastic

Hardly anyone spoke English. Super hard to order food or get anything done. If you speak Spanish it’s great

Big room, cery big bed, bug terrace, everything clean and smelling good. Great experience for the low price.

Hotel has many rooms and they somehow activated card for my room to some other person who entered my room in the morning and woke me up and was arguing for about one minute before he understood to get out of my room and go to reception to sort it. Then 2 hours later other person, probably cleaner, entered my room again although I had Do Not Disturb sign in both cases on my doors. This definitely should not happen.

Facilities were nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly.

Kitchen opening times could be better. There should be an all day menu that is avaliable.

Very contemporary hotel. Modern features. Excellent location. Beach, restaurants, shopping and strolling on the boardwalk all right there. Hotel breakfast had a vast assortment of foods.

Indoor pool is very small with no chairs to sit poolside.

Dog friendly - they gave the dog a bed, bowls and snacks (staying with a dog is extra 30€). Rich breakfast, near the beach, staff is kind and welcoming.

The pool area is amazing + extremely good access to the beach

Unfortunately at Sunday the breakfast is different from the others days.. didn’t like that

Walls of rooms paper thin.Toilet seat chipped My room was at side of hotel and I didn't sleep well as could hear people coming back into the hotel late at night and then the dustbins were emptied at 5am, and there was no way to sleep through all that noise The TV was very small The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable: we went out to buy coffee

that the hotel excepted dogs and it was a lot of space. thank you for making our two dogs welcome, it was a first for us. well done

Close to center and to the beach.

Breakfast is far too much expensive for the value and poor quality (even of the place is nice). Lifts work very badly, they are not well programmed…. Average waiting time (each time) around 7 minutes and if you are on the parking floor it’s even worse !!

The pool and proximity to the beach were awesome.

The beds were stiff, the mini fridge was dirty, bathroom moderately clean and the staff took forever to complete any tasks. not to mention the breakfast was a breeding ground for cross contamination.

Pool & staff - the hotel is equipped with a nice, well maintained pool, and the staff is generally very responsive and happy to help. Shout out to the restaurant staff for always being accommodating and lovely!

Food options - we chose an half board option but the variety of dishes was not the best for a 4-star hotel. It would be ideal to provide guests with a weekly menu in advance + dishes need to be clearly identifiable.

Good breakfast. Very close to the beach. Good swimming pool.

The hotel allows for animals in the room and we had a dog howling in an adjacent room every day, all day long, probably because he was alone. Also the neighbors were noisy at high night.

Location, very friendly people and specially how they are prepared for people with disabilities.

The hotel is showing its age, but overall it’s well maintained and everything worked just fine. Breakfast area can get quite crowded.

Very nice location, very nice hotel. 5 min Walking distance to super cute shopping area with a big supermarket. A veeery big baby/small kid pool. We were like 7-8 adults with kids and it wasnt still full:) Also the main big pool has a ramp up, so small children could enjoy big pool too. And always 2 life guards by the pool (it’s a family hotel so super important!). Pool area is big, so npt super noisy despite all the kids around.

Hotel lives in another time zone than us. Our daughter woke up at 7:30 as usual and we were by the pool at 10am and the pool was opened only by 10:45am, super late for us:( Dinner starts at 8pm, our daughter ate sooo many snacks waiting for it. And the kids disco starts at 10pm! I dont know how many kids were awake at that late, but definitely not ours. So we couldnt enjoy hotel’s facilities.The hotel stuff is suuuuuuper friendly, but their English level is very low:( we had a problem with our airport transfer on the last day and got super worried. Stuff wanted to help us, but didnt even understand we needed another option asap so we needed to google and call local taxi drivers ourselves

Everything was quite fine, from the location, staff, the building, rooms, etc, and reasonably priced

The gym will not open until 10 am!
