Hotel Don Diego by H

Location

We have stayed here many times all though we love the hotel we had some issues with the bar restaurant area there seems to be no restaurant at night only tappas my wife had a young child jump on here who was one of the staff children who the father brought in also they say the serve an English breakfast they do not getting service at night is a very hit or miss affair depends on the staff if they can be bothered all in all we probably would think again about staying here again although we love the location and reception cannot do enough for you

Rooms location cleaners reception staff

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel so welcome. The room was just as advertised, and we loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings—it was such a nice touch.

I’m quite sensitive to smells, so strong cleaning products usually bother me for a while after they’ve been used. There was definitely some heavy cleaning done here :)

Great location, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast.

Difficulty parking close by.

Centrally located, comfortable room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast with lots of variety.

Not much to dislikehotel parking but plenty for free on the street

Clean .comfortable bed .staff helpful

Food was a little disappointing

Location was perfect, I can't fault the staff, cleanliness, facilities, everything was great.

The only thing I could fault, if I had to find something, was the food in the evening in the restaurant. Choice was limited and I thought overpriced for what you got. Its better to just take advantage of the hotels location and dine out.

The hotel was modern, clean and within minutes of the town centre. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful as were the staff throughout the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Superb bathroom, cleanliness everywhere, all the staff were bright, cheerful and smartly dressed. We had stayed here before it was OK. A great leap forward! Breakfast choice excellent. Great view of park from our room. V good location. Will stay again.

No information on how to select the TV channels in room, or the coffee machine. Our bed was a bit "lumpy". Hot food served on "cold" plates, why ? Not at breakfast ! Fries often under cooked. Still, early days.
