Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel Residences

Water in swimming pool is warm

The quality of bed sheet , pillow and blanketLike very old

Breakfast was superb with good array of choices

Hotel has a good location- staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful one

Never again

The room was very hot and the corridor too and when i asked for changing to a different room got no reply and couldn’t have a good night sleep from the worker felt like i paid for nothing and the room service was so noisy only for we put DND and they wanted to clean if it’s on DND so we don’t want any kind of disturb it will be my last stay in this hotel

Calm and relaxing vibes

I asked for birthday cake at 8 pm however when I went back to the room I didn’t find the cake…

Location was good, spacious room

Delayed 3 hours check-in around due no available room. Waiting queue for breakfast. Room was not so clean. There was hair in the shower area and the comb provided was used. Customer service was not so good in general.

Great service great staff like varun, william and other staff were all amazing.

The gym was great. That was it.

The hotel had noisy music blasting everywhere. The condition of the hotel does not match the Grand Hyatt Brand. The hotel shut down electricity and air conditioning for 13 hours during a day where the temperature hit 100 and lied. We were stuck in our room with no AC, no electricity. I will never return to this hotel.

Good location, nice view

When we came at 4pm the room is not yet available, supposedly the check-in time is 3pm, anyway that’s a holiday. Thankful to the staff who assisted us nicely.

Location staff services and cleanness of hotel

price was high & telephone system was not working in right way

Location was good and hotel new

The room was very cold and although I adjusted the heat from the thermostat, nothing changed and the room is always at 18c.

Everything.. the staff were friendly, easy check in .. the whole vibes and the activities at the hotel..

The palace-like experience started right at the front door. The staff were attentive and courteous, the facilities grand and spotless. The bountiful breakfast was stylishly set, and the gm/spa/pool invited to enjoy a relaxing visit. The views over the Mandarin and across town were breath taking both from the room as well as the public terraces.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

disappointment

I have stay at this hotel in 2020 and I was happy about it however this stay was extremely disappointing rooms are outdated ! Staff not accommodating! Horrible valet service imagine almost 4 persons are there not be able to bring car ! Booked the room with view however it was foggy ! Rooms are extremely out dated ! Bed is not comfortable at all ! The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars

I like everything in the hotel.

I I like the style and the quiet. I also prefer the top floor with a nice view.

Pool

not much option with the snacks in the pool area and also price is a bit much. Our room was dusty

Room Restaurant Pool

Expensive

The view

No AC , too much hot

Location and attentive staff with a great lobby

It was perfect

Staff were polite and helpful (even when trying to upsell you). Afternoon tea and evening buffet include a good range of tasty items. Interesting lobby art.

The room is not in tip-top shape. The wear and tear shows. Valet-only parking isn’t well designed: the tight car pull-up space in front of the hotel meant that we often waited in a slow line of cars just to get to the point where we could leave the car with valet.

i had an amazing experience at the spa and the concierge team was very helpful.

if i can only suggest... one thing i missed were shops inside the hotel; it would be lovely to get gifts more conveniently without havng to go to markets or malls.
