Room on 6th floor was clean and modern

Breakfast a bit disappointing. Not much fruit. No TV channels other than Netflix etc.

Wi-Fi is very slow, I have to use data on my mobile to videochat my business partners.

The location is great , staff is good and respectful.

In the tissues is very less , also only one towel available in room and its looks old.

The shower didn't drain well--it sloped away from the drain. More pillows and towels would have been nice. The beds were a bit hard.

Price.

They had plumbing issues with the new renovation for the bathroom. The sink was leaking from the bottom as soon as we checked in. The maintenance used the towels during repairs and the reception tried to blame me and the family for the dirty towels. It was very uncomfortable defending myself against something I didn’t do. I’ve been a frequent customer for two years at this hotel but I will never come back after that humiliating experience.

Hotel are expensive and it's also an old hotel; I didn't think the price was fair.

No car parking, Acces limited, when i forget my kid pillow inside the room they say not available. Never come again in the hotel

I can’t believe of what you have done

It’s really bad when i book and you refused to allow my checkin. Me and my 3 kids were at your lobby untill 6pm may be more asking you to allow my checkin. You have cancelled my booking and didn’t bother of me and my kids that we drove 2 hrs to spent weekend at Abu Dhabi Unprofessional staff. There is no empathy of your staff not welcoming acting like script

It’s close to city center

Amazing breakfast !! Like for the price I want expecting anything like what we witnessed !! Nice hotel, if they offer goose down pillows than it would be totally with the money. Also I think they gave us the newly renovated room which was Brand new

There’s no parking ( we spent 3 hours just to find parking), the floor mat is indian design, the tv has no cable, there’s no toothpaste or slipper (we need to call them to ask), there’s heater is not working, only 1 tissue.
