The location and that it was not so tall

The noise at night outside there was a party one night making loud noises and also people talking next door and moving things around inside the room until like - 2 am in the morning both nights

The pool was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my room was a good size and very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

good location (if you have car or use taxi) but not much to see and do in a walking distance

bathroom doesn’t have hot water, bed is not comfortable

The rooms were spacious and clean and a very comfortable bed, the wonderful lady at reception kindly upgraded us to a sea facing room which was wonderful, huge bathtub aswell which was lovely.

The staff by the pool and in the restaurants were absolutely awful. The staff in the towel tent didn’t speak English so couldn’t understand our request for a towel. The outdoor restaurant we waited for 30 minutes for service and when we asked if they were still serving food just stared at us blankly. At breakfast the next morning even though we were paying extra for breakfast we were told coffee lattes were not included and we would be charged extra for them which is very bizzare! And again it took them 20 minutes to acknowledge us so I had to go up to the desk to order. Just a shambles service wise. I also don’t like the fact that if you’re a paying staying guest at the hotel you only get access to the single beds at the back and the nicer sun loungers again are at an extra cost, just ruins the experience really.

The hotel good but the simple thing it put the hotel in bad satuation

The condition ac not working properly or not clean the room it’s very hot

Overall is ok

They shifted me to some other hotel and didn't let me know only on the check in day why did that even happen

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Service!I had a great time at Royal M by Gewan in Abu Dhabi. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Dolly, who provided outstanding service and made my stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!

Thank you to Somaia who was friendly and worked on upgrading my room when I was checking in late at night. Also, thank you for Habbie and Tauanga, both were undemanding with me at the check out.

- the bath room was full of water when i cheked in !!- the door lock was broken i cant lock the door- beside the coffe table there is insects- i requested any thing to celebrate my mother birthay even card or massage in the room they ignore it.

Everything is excellent. From staffs, rooms, breakfast and pool access.

Nice hotel

The sound from the pool area too much loud. You can hear the noise from the next room which makes uncomfortable to sleep

Yes all was amazing rooms are spacious and nice food is very good specially the breakfast The pool is so nice with amazing vue of the sea

My room had an adjacent door and the family next door had a young child that was very noise very early hours throughout our stay!

Loved everything specially the pool!

The TV was big but it’s outdated. Old smart tv so no apps no Netflix.

Very good hotel. Big and lightened room with pool view. Very nice pool area with sunbeds and bar. Good spa area with Finnish and steam saunas. Free parking. Relatively close to the Cornish beach.I do recommend this hotel.

The room is very spacious with excellent amenities. Staff are extremely friendly. Would certainly come back to stay there once in AD.

There was no food menu in hotel room and the barcode for in room food service wouldn’t let us view the food in addition many stains were all over the room

It took 3 hours to prepare our room, we checked in at 5 pm, we were given only complementary breakfast!
