Spacious for family

Both Bath tubes plugs were not working, repairs were not conducted. Used kitchen knife to open the plugs.

Cleanliness, location and friendly staff

Friendly staff received a warm welcome. Clean rooms with all the essentials for a family.

The meals were a bit pricey and not so much variety.

Great room, upgraded to huge suite. Best breakfast buffet I ever experienced. Staff could not have been more helpful

The à la cartel restaurant on the 25th floor should be avoided.

Wifi, location. Staff not following up on what they say they would do ( they did not send me the invoices as they said they woukd)

Huge 2 bedroom apartment. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Washing machine and small detergent made my day. Very quiet. Shopping mall just across the road. Helpful staff. We forgot the backpack outside of the hotel . The staff member took it inside and send it to us by taxi. Thank you guys!

Room service doesn’t serve alcohol in the apartments. I Don’t understand why.

HUGE apartment, daily cleaning, quiet and nice pool, hot tub, walking distance to mall, friendly staff, great (paid) breakfast buffet

If you’re staying in the apartments you can only use the apartment pool on the 8th floor (not the hotel pool) - not a big issue but worth mentioning

The property was extremely special and I love it. How clean it was and how courteous the staff was. Will book again. It was best of the Marriott where we stayed in whole of Saudi Arabia.

Everything was perfect

The unit is so spacious, clean, has everything you need like toileterries, cutleries, cooking utensils etc. Very close to the shopping mall. They have free valet parking which is very helpful.

The location was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby and able to navigate the city from the location. The staff were excellent and catered to all our needs. Excellent customer service.

I loved everything about the stay.

Due to the high demand, the Executive apartments were fully booked and at time of check-in we were moved to the Hotel presidential suite.All our needs were met and exceeded.Every person of the team, from housekeeping to front office and the ladies at breakfast time, were absolutely fantastic.

Valet takes a few minutes but it is most probably due to the high occupancy and distance to the parking, however we called down to the reception a few minutes before leaving the room and the car was ready once we got to the main entrance.

- The location was perfect.- Smooth check in.

- The lack of mirrors in the apartment was surprising, with the exception of a small mirror in the living room and in the bathrooms, it was inconvenient not having mirrors in the bedrooms.- The main bathroom smelled funny once we received our apartment and I had to spray disinfectant spray for the smell to go away.- The refrigerator smelled like biryani which means it was not cleaned well before our stay.

Nice clean apartment with three bedrooms with queen beds.Kitchen was clean with a fridge, water boiler and clean water dispenser and a washing machine.The living room and dining area was really nice with a very beautiful view of the city.

All was amazing, but there was a little bad smell when we first moved in, but it all faded away in a short time.
