Al Diar Sawa Hotel Apartments

Nothing I found even good.

My family & I suffer for breathing problem because of smoking smell to my entire stay. We also found cockroach in our suite. In addition, we left our room at midnight because of fire alarming and the entire hotel run out from electricity.Worst experience

Staff

No hot water several days

Location and parking availability

Furniture is very old and facilities are old

The apartment was spacious and quite. The location is very good.

The room had cockroaches! During our stay we saw more than 10. We informed this to the hotel and they cleaned. Nevertheless, we kept seeing them in the apartment during our whole stay.

All the staff from reception to house keeping to valet services and breakfast were so friendly and super helpful in every way possible.I extended in this hotel only because of the staff and amazing hospitality. They have clean rooms and great staff.Thank you for great team

Everything was as expected , rooms were clean and nice , friendly staff

Friendly reception and hotel staffCleanses of hotel room Location of hotel excellent close to so many Restaurants and supermarket and shops

NoneI liked everything about this hotel

Booked during F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. All hotel Prices were high as usual.Hotel was good located, Clean, Staff Friendly, Breakfast Staff smiling. In Room all you need. Supermarket near.

Breakfast could have better in choice in hot food.Coffee was from a pack to mix, which is not best, but OK. Juice variety could be better.

Convenience, near Al Wahda Mall and other convenient stores and restaurants.

The bed is hard and not that comfortable.

Spacious room, clean, affordable, good location

The power plug points was not international type so mobile charging was an issue.

Supportive team, clean room and perfect services

Parking and the space

The beds and the sofa had a bad smell

The rooms were clean, the WiFi was good. Beds were very comfortable. Really liked the large bath towels.

the hot water, the mattress and the staff was pleasant

breakfast was bad to the point we just skipped it. I know prices go up because of Formula 1 weekend but the value for money here is basically non existent

They upgraded my room and the room was spacious comfortable and clean. The free parking in the basement was very convenient. The location is central and easy to go places.

Front Desk didn't tell me about breakfast that I think was included in my stay. It would have been helpful to be reminded that it was included and how to find it in the morning.

Breakfast

Cigarette smoke in lobby and rooms which i made us uncomfortable

Spacious Rooms and easy parking

Maintenance standard.A lot of smaller issues here and there.Door lock jammed twice. The only chairs in the rooms are 2 old, shaking, noisy gargling and uncomfortable bar chairs. No internet in the room, since router missing.Battery empty at the safe deposit box…..Nothing serious, but a bit annoying. However, all issues had been immediately fixed by their team.

The room was nice, fully furnished.

The noise and the food smell from the neighbors.

It was a good stay. I'm still very upset that they pre-billed me even after it was expressly said there would be no pre-charge for the room. I was also upset that just 5 minutes after booking and realizing I made a mistake on the dates I was staying they would fix the mistake. I had to pay for the room for an extra day!!! They also couldn't give me a receipt until after I was checking out and even then because I had to leave a day earlier than my reservation, the receipt was messed up. This is a big problem.

The location was pretty good, the accommodations were pretty decent. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

The bedding and free wife. The breakfast was SUPERB and the restaurant staff were very friendly
