It's one of those "fancy but aged" hotels. The staff is very attentive and helpful and you get a lot of square meters for the price. The suites are really big, so it is very comfortable if you want to have a rest day at your room or get delivery to the hotel. The furnishings have been well maintained, so while the rooms have a slightly retro feel they don't feel worn out. It's close to the cultural island where the Louvre and The Abrahamic Family House is, great location for cultural sight-seeing. The hot tubs on the top floor are very comfy to visit.

Since the hotel has aged, the infrastructure is due for an upgrade. It would be nice to see some USB-charging options, even though the "iPod dock" had a lightning connector, it couldn't charge modern iPhones. There's a bit of a draft from the windows and the AC can't heat, so in the "winter" months the rooms can actually be a bit chilly. The elevator seems to play a chime on every floor whenever the door opens on any floor. You can't hear it from the bedroom, but it's a bit annoying in the living room.

I didnt eat breakfast not included in the booking. However everything in the room is so comfy and the housekeeping staff provided all the toiletries we requested.

Cleanliness, support from restaurant

1. Lack of sensitivity of the duty manager and staff on the non-secure internet! It lacks basic security. 2. The door bar restrictor is installed wrongly hence can not be used!3. Very limited list of channels to watch on the TV.

The comforting bed, nice amenities makes me wanna comeback. Not to mention that you have an awesome staff. Mr.Nadeem who was exceptional. I was afraid that my booking will have a problem because of the time of my arrival, however, he make it possible and I was so relieved. Having a staff like him is worth keeping for. I will love to come back! Thank you!

We booked a suite for two nights and were travelling as a family with two children (one 7-year-old and one infant). What followed was one of the most stressful and unpleasant hotel experiences we have had.On arrival, there was a constant water bubbling/flushing noise in the room, making it impossible to relax. After multiple complaints, we were told it was due to the swimming pool located directly above us (we were on the 17th floor, with the pool on the 18th). The noise stopped only after a couple of hours when they “shut down something,” which already set a poor tone for the stay.The swimming pool was advertised as heated, but it was not heated at all, which was extremely disappointing for my child who was looking forward to using it. The jacuzzi, on the other hand, was unbearably hot, and staff claimed they were unable to adjust the temperature. Basic facilities were either misrepresented or poorly managed.

The most serious issue occurred on the day of checkout.We checked out in the morning, paid the full bill, and left our luggage in the cloakroom. We returned around 8:30 PM to collect it before travelling to Dubai the same night.While waiting in the lobby with our two children (including an infant), I asked for drinking water and was ignored for over 10 minutes. I then requested water at reception, clearly stating that we had checked out, were waiting in the lobby, and had stayed in Room 1701, which was acknowledged. I was first told water had been “sent to the room,” and shortly after told that water was being provided. We waited another 10 mins. With children, we were forced to step out to buy water ourselves.When we returned to collect our luggage, we were suddenly told there was a “problem.” Staff repeatedly ignored us, despite seeing we were with children and luggage pending. We were then informed of a small apple-juice stain on the sofa and were refused our luggage unless we paid 500 AED, with a so-called “20% discount” offered. We were also told the room was “not occupied today.”At that point, with children, no room, luggage withheld, and a same-night departure, we had no practical choice but to pay.What made this deeply disturbing was the contradiction: staff earlier claimed water was sent to Room 1701, yet later said the room was not occupied. It felt like taking advantage of a vulnerable family situation. We tolerated noise issues and misrepresented facilities, but a minor juice spill was used to withhold luggage until payment was forced. This experience left us stressed and deeply uncomfortable. Families should be extremely cautious.

toilet is a mess. it was for handicapped but the water is everywhere when u shower and does not drain. toilet flush also is not strong

The bedrooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable.

It would be nice if there was another dining outlet like a sports bar.

The staff were very kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were helped with our bags and my car was taken to the basement for parking. Check in was easy.

The lifts are very busy, so waiting is quite long. We had the family room extension which was unpleasant because the room next door had a child who made a noise. We only had a door separating us. The noise insulation is not good from the outside and within the hotel. Some grime in the shower - between tiles.

Good location with plenty of restaurants around.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel location is nice close to corniche and Abu Dhabi mall.

I informed the hotel in advance about my early arrival and requested early check-in, yet when we arrived at 5:00 AM we were charged for a full night. The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience very frustrating after a long trip.
