Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa

The room was big. Terrace was nice to have though almost looked comical with the few outdoor furniture provided compared to the size. Bed was big and comfy. I liked that they provided basically anything you'd ever need in the bathroom. Staff were great.

They had a desk provided but no proper desk chair in the room. Would've been nice to have a microwave in the room too. One of the lamps in the room stopped working immediately after I got there.

Clean and friendly, location also good

The apartment was quite dark and there was no dining table and chairs

I liked the place of residence because it is everything around you and the ease of the children going to the pool and having fun and I liked walking and enjoying everything that is there

The workers there are slow and the apartment didn't smell good

It inside the al seef mall so everything was so accessible especially the supermarket and restaurants Staff was so friendly especially Fatima who explain everything about the property

I love that the property has a small mall with a supermarket inside—it made everything so convenient. The place is beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained.

Friendly stuff

It wasn’t clean and small flies are there

A lovely hotel on a quaint little street, away from all traffic. Really friendly staff, great sized apartment, 25m swimming pool and a great gym.

No need to wrap the towels in the gym in cling film, such a waste of plastic.

Tv , I didn’t liked the tv because it’s old and not smart tv also small

Location

45 minutes for check in, buggy not picking people, not clean, don't have smoking room

Very spacious, clean and very comfortable

Distance between lobby n room

Location, room , shops and cafes in hotel and mall is too close

All spa facilities are charged like sauna steam

Location

Staff not friendly, i try to speak with manger they always to he she is in meetings

Near zayed mosqe

Some room need renew and staff not good

Am very sad about what Tariq did for me ??

I was surprised by the behavior of the manager, whose name is Tarek. The payment was made three days ago, and my ID was provided. Then he told me to cancel the reservation and leave the hotel, pointing his finger at me and saying that I had no right to enter. You can check the security camera footage. Also, his colleagues took him into the office to calm the situation down. I am truly shocked by what happened to me, and this will be the last time I stay at these serviced apartments.

Everything was fantastic I recommend it for family and relaxing, restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops are next to it

This resort-style property is top-notch. The free valet parking is handled by an amazing team—friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. They bring your bags to your room in a golf cart, take care of everything, and even check in later to see if you need anything. The resort itself has two huge pools, a great fitness center, and several restaurants. There’s also a mall attached to the property with a large supermarket, which is super convenient. We stayed in a three-bedroom family suite that came with a washer-dryer combo, and it worked perfectly. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable.I highly recommend this place for families or business travelers. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family—and coming back myself.

Children’s pool closes early than the adult pool by children didn’t like that :-)

Pool,mall,shopping area

The shops, restaurants inside a hotel villas never fails to amaze me. Staffs are nice and very respectful. However, the security here regarding accepting guests are a bit strict, which is understandable however it was annoying.

The apartment was clean, however, the water pressure is too weak, so when you shower, expect more time to finish. I just hope, they can upgrade their rooms to make it feel more like a home away from home.

I like the staff especially in the reception area they're very nice and friendly actually I booked by mistake ahead of time of the planned stay but they give me back full refund

The robe is very old I guess

The hotel give us free upgrade to one of your room reservations from regular room to one bedroom to celebrate my nephew birthday.

AC is not that good at the room. The water from bathtub having a leak on the floor and some water are getting stuck on the corner. Please have atleast two chairs on the regular room and have a center table.
