Hala Arjaan by Rotana, Deluxe Hotel Apartments

Location

Room & breakfast

Staff was very nice and supportive

Construction was surrounding it but that’s just temporary.

Many towels in the bathroom and the room itself is so comfy!

The bed was stiff and not comfortable.

The location, the facility and the stuff, especially Tanzil as he is super helpful

Professional staff , design of unit , location

Nothing to mention

Check in and out was very professional and didn't take minutes, Raza was great and welcoming us with big smile on her face, the team hospitality is very warm, the room was very clean and quiet, the service is great and the location is fantastic

Location an condition

Close to the highway sound proof of windows can be better

I love that we got the upgrade for the room...it was really great studio apartment, and I would like to thank staff for that. Tanzil was very helpful and kind. The hotel has great location, since everything is close by.

There were not standard and healthy options for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff everything you need for a long stay and nothing else

The property itself was great. The price was high, but it was during a tradeshow here locally so all the prices in town were elevated.

Good location, good value for money. the team was helpful most of the times. nice stay for a work trip.

nothing specific to mention here in things I didn't like.

Clean and good location.

Breakfast was very limited and not good. Price was high due to conference

Clean,modern, not too big

Don’t try it

Room smells, bed uncomfortable, rooms unclean.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating and my husband and I were very pleased.

The best of best Rotana always the best Great customer service from arrival to departure,Had a great time Specially PADAM and Hossam at front desk, as well the valet driver on check out was outstanding,

The staff was very welcoming, organized, and professional. Yasir and Riza at the reception were extremely polite and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I also appreciated the breast cancer awareness touch in October and the warm welcome message from the General Manager, William. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Room service was impressively fast. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, highly recommended!

Maybe a smoother mattress but it’s a matter of preference

I’ve stayed at Hala Arjaan by Rotana three times, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. The hotel consistently delivers an exceptional experience combining comfort, cleanliness, and elegant design in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and offer great privacy and relaxation. The staff are always professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Mr. Hossam at the reception his warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude truly made my stay even better.I also love the convenient location, close to shops and restaurants, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Everything feels organized, well maintained, and managed with care.Truly a 5-star experience every time I’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended! ?✨

One small area for improvement: the valet parking area could be enhanced with shaded spots to better protect cars from the sun, especially during the hotter months.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast choice was mediocre but delicious and fresh. Personal is very attentive.

Location is not central and far from restaurants.

Location is good

To be honest it’s very old and used I changed the room 3 times for bad and a lot of things not working as described

The place, the valet parking, is convenient.

Ask the hotel to let me check in early since im coming from dubai and told me they will charge extra for it, so we waited until check in time, which is 2pm and despite of waiting the 2pm check in time it was delayed until 3pm.it Was compensated but checking out till 2pm the next day but it could've been better to let guest check in earlier if its not that busy and if they won'tallow it better we follow the check in time rules, not let us wait for more than 1 hour. Price was also higher than other hotels.
