Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi

The hotel was everything you would want from a 5 star hotel. The room was just like the website. The staff was extraordinary from the check-in, to the concierge, to the room service to the room cleaners. Never had a want that wasn't handled immediately

Location was very convenient, just next to Galleria mall and a fine dining places. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is a construction just in front of the windows and no one informed me during the reservation and check in. Construction noise woke me up at 7 am on Sunday. And Manor club rooms are up till 12th floor only. As per the offer list Manor club room provides early check in and late check out free of charge subject to availability. I can understand there were no availability for early check in, but I was offered late check out for additional charge which is insane. After quite long conversation they agreed to accommodate me till 2 pm. Manor club complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks are from 1 pm till 3 pm, which has no logic, as check in at 3 pm, check out at 12 pm. Spa was fully booked. I didn’t not find any benefit of this offer Manor club room. Breakfast was very poor for this hotel brand.

Hotel is dated, not up to standard for a rosewood. More like a marriot with great food and location

I requested for them to setup the sofa bed. Upon returning, we noticed it was not done. I called the concierge and they said they would send someone. No one came, and I called again for a follow up to send someone. No one came. So I was very disappointed and had to sleep uncomfortably

I REGRET COMING TO THIS WORST HOTEL

I wish i can rate this hotel 0. The housekeeping put the same towels that was dirty and on the floor to be used again. They didn't clean the room properly only organised the bed and my makeup. They didn't take the redbull glass that was from the night before. We came as a family and booked 7 rooms. Every room had a problem with cleaning. This is not a five star hotel.

For a place with construction around the price has to be lower. I just stayed for 1 night and I didn’t have the time to inspect the place, when I came back late night I found the unclean cover. Couldn’t call to change anything was very tired to argue.

Their welcome with balloons and a birthday cake was lovely. It’s one of the hotels I like and love its location

: the bathroom faucet needed maintenance, and the bathtub didn’t have hot water.
