nice clean , new and inviting

nothing but the entrance is a little tricky..

room were huge and very clean . the staffs are very friendly and breakfast was excellent

Venue is perfect. Accessible to the mall and other important places. Including stop to tour companies. Very clean and staff are very courteous.

Nothing like a property from the Mariott family. First, tried to call the reception to get the second guest’s name updated as she had reached earlier and the booking was on my name- they failed to do it, couldn’t find the booking after a long wait. The person from room reservations couldn’t care less. Pool was closed, no info on the booking page. We were redirected to a pool in the residences, shabby, no pool bar. Expired tea bags sent over for room service. Very surprising to see this standard in a downtown UAE hotel.

The quality of the food (room service) very poor options and the quality is not good. I suspect that the food is heated and not freshly cooked

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was pretty good too with lots of restaurants near by and also Al Wahda mall

I liked the services and courtesies of the all staffs especially the waitress Sarah who was super nice and professional. Everyone makes us feel at ease .Breakfast was excellent and room service very professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value for money and fabulous service provided by their very welcoming and warm staff. Room service was fantastic, the spa was great and the breakfast was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Abu Dhabi. Superb value for money.

I was on the 4th floor and the bar and restaurants contained on the 1st and 2nd floor were quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a higher floor (but not at the very top, as there is also a rooftop bar).

I requested a late checkout due to my flight being at midnight, but I was only given until 2 PM. As a Marriott member, I feel I didn't fully benefit from my membership.

The room was spacious.

Breakfast was worse.The shower didn't work. Either hot or cold water, something didn't work.

Location proximity to several city center landmarks, spacious room, value for money.

Crowded lobby and drop off area.

The shower water pressure was quite weak. Upon our arrival, part of the curtain had fallen, allowing sunlight to enter the room, but it was promptly fixed after I informed the reception. We also experienced an issue with the A/C, which was resolved within a few minutes after reporting it.
