I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the hotel, I felt surrounded by elegance and a level of hospitality that made me feel truly cared for.My room was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking both the Gulf and the Abu Dhabi skyline. Everything, from the design to the smallest details, reflected pure comfort and luxury, and it was the kind of space you never want to leave.One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Café Milano. The atmosphere was vibrant yet refined, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was full of flavor and authenticity, and for a moment I felt as if I had been transported to Italy. It was a truly memorable evening.I also took time to relax at the spa and pool area, which felt like a calm oasis above the city. Whether it was a treatment, a swim, or simply sitting by the water, everything contributed to a deep sense of relaxation.What impressed me most, however, was the service. Every member of the team went above and beyond, always warm, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating needs I didn’t even realize I had.The Four Seasons Al Maryah Island is more than just a hotel: it’s a destination that sets the standard for luxury and hospitality in Abu Dhabi. My stay, especially my evening at Café Milano, will stay with me for a long time, and I can’t wait to return.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your room is immaculate, almost to the point of being too attentive! Their dedication to cleanliness and comfort is truly impressive. Service is immediate and efficient, with every request handled seamlessly. The in-room amenities are top-notch, including professional-grade tools: like a high-quality hair dryer, ironing machine, and a deluxe espresso machine, perfect for starting the day right. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily. Overall, the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi delivers luxury at its finest, with unparalleled hospitality and thoughtful touches that make every guest feel valued. Highly recommended!

The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Special mention to Mohammed who checked us in at 3am on the day we arrived. Lovely guy and a Man U fan to boot. I saw him a few times during our stay and we always had a chat about our team’s miserable performance this season.As for the property itself,it was immaculate. Room was great, Cafe Milano served great Italian food, Eclipse bar by the pool was good for late night drinks and the pool itself was a good place to enjoy a lazy Sunday after a boozy wedding we’d attended.

There is no mirror inside the room next to plug. I used my mobile camera and put it on the desk to be able to make my hair woth hair dryer and fair.

The room we received it was not the one we paid for (the hotel it was overbooked) being part of an apartment you can hear noise from the other room, we paid for water front view just to see the roof of the mall

Great location, private and easily accessible to the mall. The rooms are great size wise and layout. Amenities could have been a bit more premium given the brand that was the only part I wouldn’t score it highly. Exceptional housekeeping and attention to detail. Great service overall.

Nothing much to say other than my only observation is could have had much more premium amenities in comparison to other hotels of similar caliber.

The hotel was everything I needed it to be; excellent and large room, staff more welcoming and helpful than any place you’ve ever been, and of course the renowned four seasons comfiest bed you will ever sleep on. Best decision I made was to stay here!

From the moment I stepped into Four Seasons Hotel, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and impeccable service. The hotel's prime location, connected to Galleria Mall, made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide array of delicious dishes in a beautifully appointed setting. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning room phone and a temporary issue with the shower, I must commend the hotel's prompt response in resolving these matters. I was immediately provided with a new room.

Location is really great, personal is really kind and ready to help.

There were almost no amenities, also smell in the hotel is not really nice which is surprising for such hotel.

Very luxurious and very friendly and helpful staff, very helpful amenities for children and specifically under one year old like baby bathtub and shampoo and soap specifically for babies and diapers trash

I didn’t get an option for late check out. Baby crib was very big and deep inside, it was very difficult to put the baby in and out even with two extra mattresses inside to make it higher

The hotel is bright with positive vibes . The room very comfy. Best thing the connection with Galariya mull which was very convenient
