The spa, pool, and the hotel lobby were breath taking. The room was nice, but service was impeccable.

Great location and view over the mangroves and the city in the distance. Facilities are great.

Quality of rooms is bad, everything is old, broken, cleaning buttons not working, water not working until you call the maintenance. Pillows are cheap. Cleaning cleans the room at 4pm only after the call. The details (dishes, glasses, benches, tables) are cheap and poor. The condition of the hotel is too poor for 5*. More 3* hotel. You won't enjoy.

One of the worst hotels in terms of cleanliness and service.

The room was not clean and the furniture was old and not as shown in the pictures. The corridor to the room was not very clean and had a smell not befitting a hotel. Unfortunately, there is no cooperation and service with the reception, and the response is very, very slow.

Hotel room was nice, clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Location was ok, nothing to do around this place, however it was very quiet and peaceful.

I loved how clean the facility was, how big the rooms are, and how great the view is.The staff were very kind and very helpful with everything.

One of the sinks had a clogged drain in the bathroom. One of the tvs in the room had a remote that didn’t work. The tiles behind the private pool were leaking water onto the surface of the terrace (exactly behind the pool).

Lovely spot overlooking the mangroves marine reserve with the skyscrapers in the distance. Walkway beside the river. Canoe hire nearby. Free tourist bus. Relatively quiet and away from the bustle of the city. Great breakfast. Lovely pool. Good gym. Helpful friendly staff .

Nothing really. It’s a bit shabby but a refurb is happening soon - mid 2024.

Property was good

The lights literally went out in the middle of the night for no reason. We hadn't even plugged anything in. Some lights were on when they shouldn't have been Nd the AC was off. We tried everything then had to call reception. It got fixed but ruined our sleep completely. No point coming to such a good hotel if we don't get sleep. Still unable to sleep now thy our sleep is ruined. Very very dissapointed.

They have to pay more attention to breakfast service. The breakfast is just amazing and with wide choice, but the service and cleaning on the terrace is very poor. All free tables were plenty of dirty dishes, birds were eating from it…

it was quiet and comfortable but way to crowded. it didn’t feel like a good getaway or staycation place.the receptionist was very kind a accommodating! he was the highlight of our stay.

amount of people, slow service, the food was not that great, but I guess it’s because most people go to the nearby restaurants.
