Clean and comfortable

Room was 2 small bathroom small The cleaning chemical smell like insects spray

toiletries and all are missing. i had to keep asking over and over for slippers and whatnot. when you pay 2k for two nights you expect a better service, yet it was very disappointing. the front desk that i spoke to upon my arrival was very Polite, little did i know she was very incompetent. she didn't do what she promised she would i ended up checking in very late. i came all the way from Dubai and i was fully exhausted from the arguments and everything else!

The bars and clubs make it hard to sleep. Too much noise, its hard to get a quality sleep.

The staff were very fast and professional plus the room and beings were very clean ,the bed was very comfortable too

Loud music from the clubs in the hotel, but I was warned about this. Light sleepers, beware!

Everything , the staff unprofessional and rude, the parking is another disaster, the cheap clubs inside the hotel brings very bad quality people inside the hotel, and looks like we rented in a filthy place

Noise very loud firom night clubs from 9 until 3 am

We stayed in a Suite and The room was very spacious and good location with the mall and lots of restaurants near by.

The room smelt of cigarettes and was really cold even when we had the AC turned off and the night club was so loud you could hear every song being played until 4am!

Its Ok till the music starts.

After the music starts in the clubs. You cannot sleep or sit in the room. Its too loud. Then when you decide to go out of the hotel at night to avoid the noise, the elevators are full because of the people going to the clubs. Drunk people every where. It was a very bad experience. Although the hotel staff clearly mentioned that there will be noise. Well, if you dont want to sleep between 9:00 PM and 04:30 AM, then the room is OK.

The disco or night club above was so loud and also the rooms arent noise proof so hard to sleep. Lucky We were there for a night. The staff was good as they told is before we checked in and we never expected the room wasnt sound proof ?.

Having nightclubs where music can be heard until 4/4:30 am is tough.Stairs can a hazard for seniors and vision impacted guests.
