Palette Top Stars Hotel

The outside space next to the window is like a huge pot currently is full dirt and birds dumping, instead it could be planted some plants or flowers to fill the space and make it beautiful instead! The room is nice and clean, but it¿s tiny.

El hotel está impecable y todos fueron muy atentos . Muchas gracias

easy to book

no accommodating staff especially the security man.stafin reception is very slow for making transactions.not good very bad

Staff are good ??

WiFi not working properly and my business conference it’s been freezing because of WiFi unstable

I like it a lot because it's easy to book, doesn't require a bank card, and is close to the location.

The room and bathroom are very small and every corridor smells of cigarettes, which is not a good thing.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. I always booked Top Star hotel because everywhere you can go in abu dhabi. I want to say thanks to housekeeping staff they fulfill my request and always smile on face.

Perfect Location, good staff, clean and tidy.

Just bath shower cabin is too small for big(fat) people

Location was great property is basic but very clean staff were lovely

Cheapest hotel in Abu Dhabi, very good location, good restaurants around hotel, public parking only available on street.Super Large double bed easy can sleep 3 adults, comfy. Very helpful staff.

basic clean hotel nothing special.

The location was very convenient for the beach shops and attractions

Very clean and the staff vey friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel! The room is very small but everything you need is in the room). The bed was snow white, changed every day!The towels are also clean and snow white.

We waited for 20 minutes while they checked our documents. There are no glass cups in the room, only disposable paper cups.

Congested room. Staffs are not at all friendly. No value for money except the location may be.

Great location 600 m from beautiful beach, big rooms, little bit outdated, but the staff were amazing. Tea, coffee, dates available . staff at reception were the best, always asking about our day, very helpful with any questions, making our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Overall I liked almost everything. The location is just perfect, walking distance to the beach and all shopping areas and eateries.

The fridge in the room didnt work. The lighting in the room is not enough. the room looks dark. The reception ladies were quite slow and no smile at all, which was a bit strange.

I liked everything. Good location, room was nice, i had amazing bed and pillows. The hotel was very quiet, which I also liked. Good view of the city, but no noise. I'm sure, I will stay in this hotel again.

Really need slippers.

Good

The baby bed does not have a mattress, wood is placed instead of a mattress. Harder bed than floor. Registration takes 15 minutes.

Location, very nice stuff, proper service and normal price for Abu Dhabi

Nothing, all good

Nice staff and room was a good size. White bedsheets are a good thing you can see if they are properly clean. Water and coffee provided in the room and shower gel and shampoo

Not sure if there is aircon it will probs be really hot in the summer

Passable

Because Hotel prices skyrocketed during the time when we were in Abu Dhabi, they tried to cancel bookings. When entering the hotel we were told our booking was canceled but nevertheless they charged our credit card before our arrival. After like 45 min we got our hotel card. The place itself is one you would pay a third of the price we payed. But because of the tight accomodation situation they tried to make even more money ..

Near to my location and price is average.

The room size not good as compared to what I paid for...
