Capital Centre Arjaan By Rotana

Everything. From check-in, to the room amenities, service, location - cannot say enough about this place.

It was very hassle free and the staffs were good. Ms Faraja of the front desk was very helpful

Breakfast menu would have been more impressive

Friendly staff, size of the room and facilities

Room wasn’t clean, additionally although I got non smoking room I could smell cigarette at night through the room ventilation

Spacious and clean room and had most of the amenities of a studio (no pots or pans if you plan to cook - some plates but needed to request a bowl for cereal). The location is great if you are attending ADNEC but still central enough to get to other parts of the city (cost about 30 AED for a taxi to Galleria Mall). The staff were really great when you requested items to your room (a requested a blanket). There are a couple of restaurants very close by if you don't feel like going far for dinner in the evening. It was perfect for a 3 night stay for me durng Christmas visiting friends. Be aware there are no TV channels so you will need to pair up your device to the TV to stream movies (the only channel I found was a news channel in Spanish). I would definately consider staying here again because I was quite comfortable.

Satellite TV, a bigger window that opened for natural light and fresh air.

The Staff, the services , room

ose to the exhibition. All the services were excellent. The only suggestion I have is to include a minibar in the room. Also, Faraj at the reception was very welcoming, friendly, and had a lovely attitude.”

put mini bar

Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to stay at the property due to issues with the reservation process.

The reservations team was extremely hard to contact and unresponsive. I tried to extend my booking for an extra day but found no way to do so. When I attempted to book earlier at a better rate, my card was declined by the hotel, and despite requesting a payment link multiple times, I never received it. This happened twice within just a few days, which made the entire process very frustrating and disappointing.

very good experience, perfect, fast check in, I was very tired when I arrived and that helped me a lot to relax, breakfast was very nice serving multi tastes, room is very convenient, elegant, staff are friendly

Great staff, always ready to help. Good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Conveniently located a few steps across the Exhibition Center, with plenty of taxis circling around. Comfortable room, nicely lit and ventilated.

BAD!

During my stay, I experienced several issues that I believe should be addressed:The electricity went off three separate times, which was very disruptive.Check-in was delayed by more than 30 minutes, even though I arrived relatively late in the afternoon (around 4 pm).Housekeeping did not clean the room on the third day of my stay. The hotel manager was unavailable for three consecutive days, and although multiple staff members claimed to be acting in that role, none of them resolved my concerns.Overall, these issues affected my experience, and I hope the hotel can take steps to improve service consistency and guest support.

Cleanliness + room furniture

Parking/Room TVI asked twice for a crib and it was not delivered

Location, the room size and features, the breakfast

Great location, especially if you’re attending events at ADNEC. Friendly staff and fabulous breakfast buffet.

Pool didn’t open until 8am so early morning swims weren’t possible.

It was a very nice studio room with all necessary facilities for a one night stay. It is a good location for work stay as it is ideally located on the main road with easy access to ADNEC.

They did not have a restaurant at the property. Also probably not the ideal choice if someone is looking for a nice cozy stay for relaxation and leisure as the hotel doesn’t have a lot of Amenities.

close to the venue, it’s was average

ac issues, bathroom issues - long long check in time despite coming late room wasn’t ready

Location is few walking steps from ADNEC Rooms are clean and spacious

During my stay, a family with children were causing a lot of noise in the corridor and you can hear them clearly in the living room. But the noise is less in the bedroom

Location was so good , Reservation and booking was great ; Break fast variaties was great

Rooms were good

Breakfast menu was worst with no good Indian food despite high charges. Restaurant was small, messy & congested. Hotel needs to have good Chef team & revisit their food options

Extremely clean room, perfect location from ADNEC Exhibition centre - just 3 mins walk

Valet parking not working after 8pm

They always respond even if it takes more than 10 min to fulfill the request Water bottles are extra daily filled Pool was wonderful and clean Rooms are clean and utilities are great Shower is good and so as the toilet Wifi is good Electric plugs in perfect places Lighting is good Very very quiet

Prayer matts, Towels and tissue boxes needed extra took time to get No instant coffee device Breakfast very limited u need go requesg scrambled eggs or omelette at the buffet The coffee taste terrible ? i had to get coffee from outside Water spray at the toilet wasnt working but they fixed it Rooms and corridors still smell like cigarettes even though there’s a no smoking ? signs Some employees at the 2nd floor and some at the reception arent showing signs of welcoming guests The rest of the staff were welcoming TV channels were really bad they still use satellite ???? Good thing u can connect ur phone to the tv otherwise nothing to watch and bad signal quality
