InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi By IHG

It’s a very modern and fresh building with great amenities, private beach and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff really friendly and nice, for breakfast you can choose stay on the property for a set menu or go the buffet in the Intercontinental hotel. We stayed here for the Abu Dhabi Marathon and requested extra help due to the traffic and it was very nicely done.

Quite a pity most of the balcony rooms are smoking rooms

Everything except for 1 thing.

The tv was small ? wish it was bigger and I wanted to extend but their prices were not affordable. I wouldve loved to stay another day but it was fully booked.

Great for hotel for family Excellent staff Breakfast in the other building was nice but you need to get so early to avoid crowds as limited tables

Restaurant in the other building makes transportation hard if you have children.. note the hotel they provide golf car which is so nice

Perfect ✅ The hotel staff was extreme friendly, helpful and accommodating — especially the Concierge Mr. Anis and Beach staff Ms. Hatima

I liked the spacious room with its modern and beautiful design. I also liked staying a room that is kept very clean by the hotel staff.

The very limited food options in the break fast menu

Everything. The staff was lovelyThe room (160sqm) is amazing !Breakfast at Jones social is very good

Only the cleanliness & staff were helpful

Got to wait for 2 hours more when I requested for early checkin.

Wonderful Hotel, Clean, Modern, and at a Reasonable Price.

Staff was ok, could improve customer service.

Very spacious room - we were a family of 3. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the restaurants along the promenade with all the outdoor seating next to the marina - it felt very European and had a great buzz.

Nothing it was perfect for a nights stop over in Abu Dhabi

Check in service was perfect i would say fares al jawabreh helped me with everything gave me a late check out without even asking. everything was very easy. And the whole room service was amazing.

Everything was excellent, The staff where amazing, The facilities great and the room really good and big, Special thanks to Faris, For his big smile and the service he provided, Trully deserves credits for his kindness.

Everything was perfect.

Staff, room, view and location.

Bathroom was tight, breakfast was not included.

It’s a brand new property and very clean and neat ! Rooms are huge !

It was great until this payment stuff up

The hotel charged us twice by accident and as a result maxed out our credit card. They haven’t done the refund yet and it’s been 3 days. We are incurring lots of interest and they haven’t responded and fixed it yet.

We got a 2-bedroom Unit and it was luxurious with a stunning view. The rooms were larger than most hotel rooms I stayed at and the walk-in closets were fabulous! The BYREDO toiletries were an absolutely treat, a mark of a top class property.

Maybe just a few more breakfast options since they were ala carte.

Location, room and restaurant, facilities, staff

Good

The breakfast is awfully unoptional. No buffe and only a selection of 6 poorly prepared meals a la carte. Would you imagine pastry for extra in a 5 star hotel?

Rooms are spacious and clean, and have a kitchen with all equipment and cutlery.

In room dining menu has limited choices, no kids menu, and there are no restaurant in the building.

Great location and spacious suite/residence.

We found the service at the coffee shop quite poor (It was almost like we were being actively ignored by the waiting staff; it took a long wait and multiple reminders to even get the menu).
