Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Extremely, kind, friendly and helpful. Roger at the reception, the bell boy and Emamul in housekeeping were all outstanding.

The staff (customer service, bag helpers, security, cleaners and all) were excellent. They were professional, honest and consistent. I would like to thank them for looking after me

Only parking available was valet so I had to wait to get my vehicle a few minutes every time I wanted to leave

Everything was perfect especially the person who helped me with everything. I was satisfied and recommend this hotel to those who want to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Great location, good staff, and the room size was comfortable.

The hotel needs some renovation, especially the lifts and reception area. It was also a little expensive.

The Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel had excellent staff, a delicious breakfast, and top-notch service.

Room was a very clean and location is very suitable and very nice and close to the sea.And the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with the Guests, Specially I meet with Mr.Aldrin that he was on reception duty.He was very friendly and helpful with me and I had an amazing booking with him.

We booked a room with a full bed, as clearly shown in our confirmation and screenshot proof. However, when we arrived, the receptionist insisted we had booked a twin room. Even we have screenshot, he offered no solution. No apology, no help. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the "Free Room Upgrade to a Suite" offer shown on Booking.com. Not only did we not get any upgrade, but we were also placed in a basic room that lacked even the simplest comfort. we were supposed to have a sea view, but the room we got looked out onto absolutely nothing We brought food with us that we planned to cook, thinking that the suite upgrade would include a kitchenette or at least basic facilities.all the food we brought went to waste. It was frustrating.our stay, The staff is unhelpful. There was no apology, no offer to move us to a better room,It really felt like they didn’t value their guests at all.

Very clean and staff was very attentive

The breakfast shop café didn’t open till about 10 AM, but their buffet was pretty solid for the price

Rooms a little tired.

The Service and professionalism of the personnel.

It is not allowed to collect the delivery from courier on the reception even in case if the client is not in the hotel. Although it was stated that renovation is ongoing on the fifth floor the second floor roomed were still affected by construction noise.

Doesnt live up to “sheraton” standards, theres a wierd smell honestly and im not that picky, we booked a room for 4, and the room only had one king bed, so we had to buy two extra beds also theres sort of a night club or bar below the hotel which is sketchy and didnt feel very safe a drunk person was arrested right infront of the hotel from the club,, the facilities are decent but not sheraton level its fine for its value and for a quick trip but not for leisure also the sound insulation isnt the best

Very bad and manipulative staff

They manipulate me And accomdate me just above the bar while I can’t sleep well with my family

Location and Staff

Checked in at 2 AM on Friday morning, there was party going on with loud music which stopped at 4 AM. I just could sleep 2.5 hours as I had to wake up at 6:30AM for work

Reception staff could be more polite and non-judgmental.
