Im a fan of Park Hyatt chain - but the only thing i liked here is the beach

Bad experience in the spa. Way less than typical Park Hyatt experience.

The beach is perfect

The facility is little bit out of date. And the room service food is so so.

Disappointed not to be able to get a booking at Mete - or advance warning of how long in advance we neeeded to book, at booking… we could have secured a table had we known Wednesday, allegedly.

Location and beach facility is well maintained. Breakfast was good and its timing as well. Multiple pool options are there which is good and cleanness of pool were impressive. In room dinning was good but the menu is not having too much options for in room dining.

Elevator location is extremely uncomfortable, Elevators are located in main building and if you happen to have a suite facing ocean and villas west or west section then you have to walk almost 500 meters every time you go down to pool or beach. It was like hotel room was in Abu Dhabi and elevator were in Dubai. You soaked in water had to walk in chilling AC for fairly 300-500 meters. I have never experience such construction flaw in a high end hotel. Quite an uncomfortable thing.Restaurants are unnecessary pricey, one can have better options at Atlantis on a better price.

The service is truly exceptional! Everything else is great as well: beautiful and modern rooms, great beach and pools, amazing restaurants. But the service is really outstanding - the staff has a personal touch and is always extremely helpful in any situation. By the way, breakfasts are top quality as well:)

I love the breakfast, love the pastries which I always look forward. The best beach in abu dhabi. The staff are really accomodating.

The rooms are really far from the beach.

Front desk staff - Japanese speaking staff is so attentive and helpful ; Excellent view, facility and food

Cleanliness and location

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat. What was intended to be a relaxing weekend unfortunately turned into a highly frustrating and uncomfortable experience.From the start of my stay, my room key card did not work. Despite repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved, it remained unfixed for the entire duration. I was unable to access my room independently and had to request staff assistance every single time I needed to enter. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting in the corridor for over 15 minutes before a staff member arrived, even in urgent situations such as when I needed to use the washroom. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also deeply embarrassing.To make matters worse, I was later informed by my bank that the amount for my stay was debited twice from my account. This error compounded the negative experience and added unnecessary financial stress.Regrettably, my entire stay was ruined, and instead of enjoying a peaceful weekend, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe this level of service is unacceptable, particularly from a hotel of your reputation and standard.I acknowledge that you have offered 50% compensation for the second day of my stay; however, I must respectfully state that this does not adequately reflect the extent of the disruption, discomfort, and inconvenience I endured. I kindly ask you to reconsider this matter and provide compensation that more appropriately reflects the seriousness of the situation.

The room was spacious, relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Including complimentary cold bottles of water on our way to the beach demonstrated great attention to guest comfort.

Huge Room, with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent with many selections. Sandy beach with blue water. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!

the SPA is a bit pricey

Valet team are the worst, every time i come back to the hotel and ask for a golf cart to take car directly to my villa they interrogate me whether i scanned my ID or not even though I obviously did given that i have access to my villa and checked in already… they then proceed to ignore me and keep me waiting at least 10 mins in my car until i ask again to have a golf car. Inconvenient and absolutely lazy.

We had a very wonderful stay. I would like to extend my special thanks to Ms Lubna, the kindest receptionist who left no request unfulfilled.The room was spacious and super-clean.

Location as it was convenient

F&B Staff are not trained at all doesn’t reflect the standard of Hyatt in terms of knowledge, what to offer so super bad experience. Rooms are old and need renovation

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stayed at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi villa for the weekend with my family and loved it! The villa was spacious, private, and the pool made it extra special. Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway.

It’s a great place to stay for staycation if you’re living in AUH. I spent my bday here and it was spectacular! Thank you for the set up, my husband and I loved it! Special thanks to Darwish, Saqar, Aakash and Mary from the Spa, she made sure I was comfortable all the time since I was alone at the jacuzzi and steam room. However, I didn’t like the approach of Roza from the Spa. I noticed that she only accommodates and greet Caucasian and Arabics - we were the only Asian at that time. I noticed that Roza did the spa amenities tour to them and I didn’t even get one - like I figured out my self where to go and where to switch on the Jacuzzi (in which Mary did) I even asked Roza where to get things and she only pointed it to me with no sense of accommodation at all. Anyways, overall it is a good experience.

Few options for the breakfast. The AC at night was not that cold, it was at 18C, doors at the balcony was fully closed.
