I stayed at your hotel yesterday and had undergone a surgical procedure. I called to request a late check-out so I could rest, but the staff member was rude and unhelpful. Despite informing them of my condition, I was disturbed by phone calls. This may be my last stay at your hotel.

Th bed is clean and tidy

Male Staffs not helping even myslef holding the luggage's down to the lobby. your property should provide a lift only for transit the luggage not the the guest lift and so annoying to be crowed in a lift by wasting time

Clean , the stuff was amazing

The king deluxe room i did not like it , there is no privacy. The bed is the face of the door , and the tv was side the window , the room in general is not comfortable We order food , it was not good quality while the price was high , they didn’t bring the hole order and they bring french fries with out any mayo and katchab

The place is wonderful and beautiful, close to the city, and the guest service staff are very friendly in their dealings.

Nothing every thing was good

There were bugs discovered in my room at 1 AM and the MOD offered me breakfast. Had to move rooms in the middle of the night and it was difficult to rest. 4 bug bites and now I am feeling unwell. This was the worst experience.

The bugs I could’ve lived without. Missed my meetings due to not sleeping til 5am.

Nice building, but service and maintenance were poor.

The place needs maintenance, the staff couldn’t handle problems, my luggage came after one hour, and the shower was fixed four hours after I asked.

It’s an outstanding hotel very nice and unique decoration and unique design, room was big enough and toilet very nice , restaurant very elegant and nice food , very good option for WORK TRIP

Location not that nice for vacation, NO SWIMMING POOL NOT FRONT OF THE BEACH, even jacouzi not for free.

I used to like this hotel due to its location and previous experience, but I guess I don’t anymore.

I recently stayed at Andaz and booked two rooms for four of us. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like my first. The king room was extremely dusty, the cabinet had mold and a horrible smell, and the shower area was dirty with hair stuck on the floor, leaving a very unpleasant odor. Upon check-in, slippers and towels were missing, and we had to request them separately.In the twin room, the A/C wasn’t working, and we had to call maintenance to fix it immediately after checking in. When we informed the reception about the poor condition of the king room and requested to change rooms, we were only told, “We’re sorry and hope to make it up during your next visit,” as if we were expected to stay in a dirty and uncomfortable room.This entire experience was unacceptable and far below expectations, especially for a hotel of this standard. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and disappointing one.

Breakfast was nice, the place was good, it was clean

Food was delivered very late, it was cold and didnt taste very good, it was very noisy at night I couldnt sleep properly, it was at 3111

Staff very well trained, reception helpful and professional

Breakfast room & choice are great.Hotel offered shuttle to beach to make up for 'lack of pool' which we enjoyed twice.

The pool was under repair - and it was not made clear when we made the reservation.Bathroom is pretty but could do with more hooks to hang up towels, etc.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spotless and beautifully arranged, with great prices and an ideal location. The staff are incredibly friendly, always helpful. I highly recommend it!

On a positive note, the receptionist was very kind and made an effort to resolve the delay by offering me a room upgrade.

What I didn’t appreciate was that my booking did not appear in the hotel’s system even 30 minutes after I made the reservation through Booking.com, causing a delay at check-in while the receptionist waited for the confirmation to show up. Additionally, I had requested to have my breakfast delivered to my room, but it arrived incomplete missing both the bread and milk I had ordered and paid for. Although I notified the dining staff, it took them a while to respond, and unfortunately, I had to leave for work without having time to eat.Furthermore, the location of my room was not ideal it was right next to the elevator, and I could clearly hear footsteps and other noises throughout the night and my stay, which made it difficult to rest.

The room wasn’t ready for 15 minutes after I arrived at 9 pm. The security guy was not well mannered. The reception staff and duty manager at the time of check in wasn’t helpful and for all the mistakes, he didn’t offer anything. The luggage took 30 minutes to be delivered.

At night the room next to me have a party at 1 am. Unfortunately called front desk reception many time they called them but without any benefit

Nice building, wonderful view. We slept very well there. Breakfast was good. Valet parking is free, very fast and convenient.

Had to wait 40 minutes to get table for breakfast on Saturday. Other days it was fine without any waiting time

1. We couldnt use swimming pool due to renovation, i wish i got to know before booking. It ruined our experience as we are local and book here to enjoy hotel facilities. 2.BF food itself was good but some server needs trained. They cleaned our cutlery without telling us and didnt bring another one either. Delivering wrong items to other table (seen twice and myself served wrong item as well) not so attentive. 3. Always have to change elevator at 18th floor after check in. Not so many choices of restaurant

Everything in the hotel is really good! The food is incredible too!

While this is not an issue for a lot of people, it's incredibly difficult for me. I sent a message to the hotel that I have fear of heights and I'm asking them not to allocate my room higher than the 10th floor. I received a message that they will try to accommodate subject to availability, which is what hotels usually say and that's acceptable. Then when I reach the hotel, I find out that the hotel lobby is at the 18th floor and all the rooms to be booked above the 18th floor because the first 18 floors are offices. Then that's not acceptable at all that they respond to me claiming that it's subject to availability. If you do not have rooms below 10 floors, that's not a "subject to availability" response, that's a "no" response so that I can book somewhere else where I'm comfortable. That was highly disappointing from Andaz and the Hyatt brand.
