The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi

The location of it was perfect. The beach was absolutely stunning. Truly a five star experience. They are always cleaning the hotel, which is a plus, given Covid is still present.

Only negative is I wish they would explain all the amenities when you first check in.

The cleanliness and the service here was amazing!

We went for a birthday and the staff where among the best part of the trip as they made the birthday extremely memorable for us.

One improvement could be the minor wait for breakfast as we were very hungry

Everything from the room till staff and food quality (breakfast buffet )Only one thing i was surprised about is the Laundry 2 kandora urgent clean and iron it coast 270Dhs!! They should told us how much it coast before

The service is impeccable. The facilities are first-rate: magnificent pools, top-tier breakfast, expertly managed beach. Taxis giver Scott the place; you can get an Uber in two minutes to any of the nearby museums. Highest recommendation.

I liked the facilities and the staff around the hotel and cleanliness’s and comfort of the room was top.

At check in, we waited over an hour in line. It was a waste of time and no one was attending to us, no drinks, no welcome. Reception area is poorly designed. Dinner was dissatisfying. Not many options and the available options in buffett were not Regis level.

Not relaxing at all

I came to relax after stressful week but unfortunately i have been given a room near construction area room 477 i haven’t had a good sleep and ended up waking up very early and didn’t enjoy my coffee with all construction noises

Nothing to be mentioned

The hotel itself is luxurious, the location is the best in Abu Dhabi, the beach was good but needs to be cleaned more often, for Budha bar, the experience was good, shisha needs to be changed, use pottery for better taste... the waiter and the Bartender Rohit were great in service, other bartender was somehow rude ....

What shocked me most was that one of the staff knocked on the door two times, and he entered the room directly after that, the situation was awkward and scary, so please always ask the reception to be aware of this, it may happen while someone is taking shower , the door is facing the door of the shower so you may be in this situation.

Great location, very good rooms, nice attaching beach. The people around were super helpful and always helping us at the beach and pool and ensuring we enjoy our time. Amazing breakfast with great vegetarian options. Really enjoyed our stay.

We requested for a room on a higher floor 10 mins after check in and they said they’d call back but they didn’t.

Clean, spacious rooms, nice service, great stuff , nice breakfast till 1 pm which is really great..

The hotel’s territory is not big, not green, quite tired, construction around. The beach is nice.
