Comfortable room with a kitchen, washing machine and comfortable bath.

The place needs some renovation, everything, including the towels looked very long used. The location also didn’t seem very close to main attractions, took us around 20 to 25 minutes to each landmark so this means u spend quite some time driving

Im still confusing why I got room charges 100 aed everyday and I saw my invoice my room is 350 aed and they charged me 450 everyday. And I got fraud warning from my bank because they try to open all my separate bookings thats why I got fraud warning and I am the one who face this problem not them.

I like the concept of the room/apartment. And the kitchen

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I thought that this place is friendly and good for a family reunion or bonding moments. There is a person or receptionist name Saikumar. He said that there is only 3 guests/visitor in the room including me. But when I read and before i booked this hotel through booking.com, there was nothing written in the policies there neither in their hotel policies. He stopped my aunt from visiting me, thats being rude because he said that he got a complain from the other room because our music was too loud. And they recorded it. Thats being mean and no respect for my side, because i am visiting and having a leisure time with my family. If i we had too much music why they didnt warn us, and its not our problem that their rooms are not sound proof. And by the way in their tv commercial when you turn it on so their allowing to have a karaoke time, so i thought that its ok. But Saikumar the receptionist, stopped my aunt because he said that we were too noisy, thats stupid, because he didnt know that it was my aunt or who was making the noise. I didnt complain for the neighbor who had children like screaming and crying most of the time! He must have that respect to me as well as the guest of the hotel.. he was being rude and unfair. Thats the first time i experience like this attitude of a person. He gave me stress instead of chill and happy moments. This hotel will not be recommended.

The location was excellent - walking distance from Abu Dhabi mall, staff are very helpful and friendly, the swimming pool is nice and clean, we loved it.

this is not the first time for me at this place, so I know that their furniture is too old (at least since 2015 but still clean)

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the Abu Dhabi city area. The premier suite was just like the pics online, so I was very pleased by this. The price was very reasonable, and in short walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall & many restaurants. I will definitely select this hotel again when I am visiting Abu Dhabi!

I didn’t like that there is no way to get into the basement parking without the front desk opening it for you. On one occasion, I had to get out of my car and walk back into the hotel to ask the front desk clerk to open the gate. This was an inconvenience since this area is very congested with restaurants and residential buildings/parking.

Out stay was very short, only one night and I must say that the room we had and its location were both incredibly comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Staff and location were great!

The room was old and not maintained well. Upon entering It was smelling like someone was cooking the same day.
