Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Downtown

Clean, good breakfast, nice staff

Key for the elevator

Location is very central

There was an insect on my pillow, restaurant toilet was not flushed, at breakfast personal was kind but distracted not focused

Staff are great always

Hotel should have access to an ice machine for guests. Also would be nice if there was self service laundry available

I will never ever try it again.

The room was terrible the smell of it was too bad, the humidity in the room and the humidity smell of all the floor was too bad, the building itself is so old and the elevator not working wellOverpriced compared to the quality 2 stars was very enough for it not 4 starsI couldn’t stand even one night in it

Nice hotel for business trips to Abu Dhabi with good prices.

The valet staff is not active to help you when you check in, there are no parking, and they ask for payment to secure parking in public places.

Attentive and helping staff

Needs little repairs and reasonable rates for regulars

The room was spacious, with a convenient location and a large bathroom. There’s a small grocery store nearby, which is handy. The staff were friendly.

The hotel doesn’t really feel like a 4-star. It’s old and dusty, the room was very dark, and there was a noticeable smell of age and mold. The air conditioner was dusty and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The furniture was dirty and worn out.

Breakfast buffet and location and female lady staff are very accommodating and professional.

Firstly, the room size was small considering the price we paid. We were charged Aed 858 for one night, which we believe is unreasonably expensive for the room provided and does not reflect value for money.Secondly, we were not informed at the time of booking that the hotel was under renovation. Due to this, there was no available space to accommodate visitors, including the reception area and we pay the parking yet at the reception.Additionally, we were disappointed with the service at the reception. The male staff member on duty was not helpful or accommodating. Despite explaining that there was no space available in the reception area, we were told that we would need to pay to use a meeting room even for only 5 to 10 minutes, which we found unreasonable under the circumstances.Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, especially given the high cost of the stay

They kept supplies in their fridge and didn’t say it’s extra cost Ands it’s times 10 of the items price

Staff were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast is really nice.

Swimming pool is too small.

Shower was broken, no amenities (towel, tooth brush, spoons, tissues, etc) were given even after asking both night and morning shifts couple of times.

Location and breakfast

Overhaul of the reception area

Nothing very worst experience we had dirty filthy old hotel no facility in the room working properly roaches video recorded and shown to staff

Nothing very worst experience we had dirty filthy old hotel no facility in the room working properly roaches video recorded and shown to staff they agreed but helpless to improve and resolve problems internet very slow

Room is clean and spaceous. Staff is nice and very helpful. There is big shopping mall in about 10-15mins walk. You can many shops and restaurants in the mall.

The lobby is slightly mess.

Location an room condition an staff

Good location Friendly staffComfortable but dated. Breakfast was okay

Although it was a non smoking room it smelled of smoke. Carpets needed a deep clean.

NA

Great staff, clean, and good location

Very bad experience given by the staffs. Complete bad reception and response.

Staff behavior is very impolite and very bad experience, I have been using booking.com for many years but I never given review like this. I am scared to book in Ramadan and I am afraid that again I will book thru booking.com

i have seen breakfast in Bookings.com. but hotel denied breakfast saying it they don't have it in there invoice.. I am not happy with bookings.com ad hotel communication.
