No parking. Had to make rounds 3 times to get a parking lot. It took me 30 minutes

Just the pool sharing but we had fun

I was traveling with my coworker and had specifically booked a twin bed room. I also sent a message to the hotel in advance requesting twin beds. However, upon arrival, the staff informed me that no twin bed rooms were available.When I raised the issue, the staff said they would add an extra bed to the room. But when we reached the room, there was no space to place the additional bed. Only then did they move us to a suite room and add the extra bed there.The overall attitude of the staff was uncooperative. It felt like they only took action when we insisted and pushed for a solution. Instead of resolving the issue upfront, they sent us to a room knowing full well that it couldn’t accommodate another bed. Only after we complained did they offer a proper solution.Very disappointed with how this was handled. A better approach from the start would have saved time and frustration.

The pool was together with another hotel that’s why its a bit crowded for both pool, sauna and steam. You need to wait a bit long time for those facilities.And from our room we can hear the sounds of the bar from the outside.

We are not a smoking person, and we hate a lot the smell. the floor in where we stay smells so ciggarette until the elevator, that the elevator smells not good as well. If they could put certain place outside that they can smoke, that would be better especially for those people or guest who doesnt smoke.

Hard to get a taxi from Lobby. Better go waking through the adjacent hotel.

It’s clean and in a good area

Never again! Do not stay here if you have a car. I drove around for one hour last night trying to find a parking space. The hotel doesn’t have any parking as they state but they also don’t tell you that on a Friday night you won’t be able to find a space to even pay for. I came back to the hotel around 1140 and didn’t get into my room until more than an hour later because I could not find a parking space in the area. The hotel staff just say but we say we don’t have parking but then they need to state that you may not be able to find a parking space within walking distance of the hotel. They have bars downstairs and so a lot of the spaces are taken up by those customers. When I finally found one, I was also told that there were another five customers also driving around trying to find a space so they could go and sleep in the bed that they paid for at 1 o’clock in the morning.

It was clean and location was in the city center...

No hotel parking...worst thing is you have to go few kms to find a parking space and then walk back...Pathetic part is the shower cubicle which is barely enough for one thing person to stand...

the cleanliness, the smell of the hallways are pretty good. The pool is lovely as well. Loved the health club, I like that it's mix so I can go in with my family.

1. The staff is not professional, I asked them to provide a bed for my baby and no response 2. Someone tried to open the door and he unlocked the door Only the chain stopped him to enter the room all of that without any farther information Even when i called the manager he didn't respond and nothing happened.Actually this is a bad experience.3. The lift is too small, It is enough for only 3 people, It was difficult to enter with the stroller.4. No views from the room.

Listen up, you absolute disaster of a “hotel”! From A to Z, the worst. I can’t believe I handed over my money to this place if I hadn’t paid, I’d have turned right back the second I pulled up. No staff in sight to even lift a bag. The place reeks of fungus yes, fungus! and I’ve already called the health department. They’ll be here any minute because your operation is THAT deplorable.This is appalling. Your “reputation” in AD? Nonexistent I can’t fathom how you’re still in business. Your staff? Utterly disgusting, zero manners. And the bellman slammed my car door so hard the vehicle lurched forward. That’s how crazy and reckless this nightmare of a stay was.I could write a full exposé on this horror show because it deserves more than just a review.

This time we had a room above Easy Tiger somewhat noisy

Location was good but no parking was available. Same block parking was very congested.

For the extra bed of the baby price is not showing but larer the charge 90 aed per night. No parking space. Bed was making noise. No window to open.

Good Location, neat and clean. Staff were good. Food was tasty.

Room attached Toilet shower area very small, hard to take shower.
