Treatment

I like the location and the room is clean good for a quick stay for work

They give me a very bad room view, my room windows was directly facing the parking that close that anyone from parking could see the room clearly. I didn’t like that they give me that specifically that i have booked many times in this hotel.

We have not utilised full 24 hours, as we have to attend wedding party in Ritz hotel, so can't say much about the hotel. But Room was quite comfortable and breakfast was also good. Next time we will use all the facilities.

Its little costly, more than dhs.1 k++ per night. common person can't afford. provide some more facilities.

The pool was good

Where to start? The room smelled so bad, the water was cold , the douche in the bathroom was awful like it didn’t stand for a second . The buffet for lunch was the leftover for last week.

Very Organized, clean and the colors are amazing and it gives calmness, fulfilling feeling, and positive and powerful Energy. It was just fabulous!

Hm as first time it was a bit confusing to get the entrance as we reached there very late night and the taxi couldn’t enter through the parking and we didn’t find anybody to help so we walked from the parking to find the main gate that would lead us to the reception. But it was nice to walk as the weather was so good ?

Room was good and service was good

TV was NOT WORKING. Called reception and told me that TV really have problem and will not be fixed until "saturday"

I would like to thank the staff at the reception with the name of E I had check in at night 2300 and he was exceptionally helpfulI hope he gets appreciatedHe made our check in and stay marvellous

Walls are paper thin. Too expensive in regards to the facility.

Not much.

The hot water didnt work. They confused us with bad information which means we had to pay to park and it was not refunded to us. The management reached out apologize offering us a discount, and when I replied to their email, I never heard back.

The staff were truly amazing and very accommodating. The room was clean, cozy, and modern, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to the staff on duty that night—especially Hadeer—for making my kids’ birthday celebration so memorable. The thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely come back again!

Breakfast selection could have a bit more variety, and check-in took slightly longer than expected.

The facility, the overall stay, and most importantly the staffs are so amazing. I left a little note upon booking but they went above and beyond in giving us complimentary room surprise for our special day. Ms. Hadeer is super woman in putting up all the decorations and i could not thank enough her. Their restaurant staff team (WXYZ restaurant) also gave us surprise cake and our hearts are really full. Thank you so much Aloft Abu Dhabi and we will surely stay again whenever we got a chance to visit the place.

Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is professional and attentive.

Swimming pool was not available at the moment during my stay there.

No hot water during my stay 1,5h to arrange baby cot after repetitive requests No blanket no pillow for the baby cot Average food in the pool bar Pool completely open to sun

Gym, pool, huge bathroom, amazing coffee in the room.

Location & access to the exhibition

Telephone socket was broken & not working also iron table was brokenAlso there wasn’t coordination between the hotel & exhibition organizers as they block access for the taxi drop off & pickup and we were forced to walk along with our luggage for long distance cross the streets !!!

I liked the location

No car valet by the main entrance Dine in food was not good

Everything ok big beds comfort and nice staff

There smell in parking for cooking

It was an amazing work trip, and I especially appreciate the warm welcome from the hotel staff. I particularly want to thank Ibrahim for doing all the room bookings; he's such an amazing person with a wonderful attitude.

There is more places in Abu Dhabi better than them Their treatment and service are better with you

Their treatment is very bad. Their service is slow. I asked them for a toothbrush and water on my first day at the hotel, and until my last day I was talking to them about several things, such as the laundry also, and their treatment was bad in response and service.
