The room, while generally comfortable, could benefit from improved ventilation as it felt a bit stuffy at times. The bathroom is on the older side and may benefit from some updates
The Kingsgate is a very well located hotel in Abu Dhabi. Rooms are nice and clean. Be sure that you are located in a no smoking room if you're not one.
In MENA smoking inside is still permitted then places tends to smell strongly to cigarette.
Not a big hotel, but have everything what we need. Recommend the breakfast as we couldn't find Nice place nearby even there are a lot of sort of cafes. We also had a very big bathroom. On the photo the view from our room

The staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. Location is great, close to the mall and beach.
We had to horrible nights, with bad neighbours… we couldn’t sleep at all, children were running and slamming doors, the reception was not responding to the phone, we almost called the police for disturbing the peace at 2:00 am.
Special thanks to Mr. Ramy from the reception! He offered us bonus breakfast, appreciate it a lot.
The location is perfect, Abu Dhabi mall and beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel.
There was a shuttle bus that picked travelers from different hotels (including Kingsgate hotel) and went to Yas Island which the receptionist was unaware of. We found out the details later on our own and used it.
Reception behavior is good
For Early check in 3 hours charges have been taken. For Room cleaning not as per guest convenient.
Great room, location and helpful staff. They hold my luggage after check out till the end of the day for free!
Would be great to have different size pillows..the one size they have was way to big for me
