The property and its amenities were excellent. The breakfast had widespread menu with continental, ME, Asian food options and was good. Overall, the cleanliness, hospitality and staff behaviour were extremely good.

Options for modification of booking should be available even when the booking is done from external portals, I booked stay with MAP plan through an external portal but could not change the option after reaching the property.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The receptionist Roshini were kind and helpful, giving us useful information about the area. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and the housekeeping staff Motirul were very respectful and efficient. Truly a five-star service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff Waleed greeted me with a warm smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. They were very helpful with all my questions and made me feel welcome right away.The room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff May did a fantastic job every day—everything was spotless, and they made sure all amenities were perfectly in place. I really appreciated the attention to detail.

Beds are comfortable.

Bathrooms are dingy, it’s either cold or hot water. The standing shower gets filled with water. Rooms need upgrade. Cleanliness is questionable. Breakfast is mid -poor presentation.

I would like to recommend this hotel as the best in Abu Dhabi city. The reception staff, especially Mohamad Jad, made my stay truly enjoyable with their excellent service and warm hospitality. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the staff provides outstanding service.

Its quiet

Few items are missing in d room like complimentary coffee and just one water bottle and no tissue box in the bedroom.

I Liked the location and the value of the room I booked. The Parking was the best !

I like the pool and the pool view. And thank you as well for allowing us for the late check out. Took time for in check in though we reached almost 10PM and it was full house so it was not busy as well in reception however it was a Very fast check out. ??

1st the telephone was not working well, the auto dial in the telephone was not working and We were informed to dial extension numbers, which is not ideal especially for elders. Each department when they are called should at least greet mentioning their department so we know that we are calling the right person/ department according to our needs and even during knocking the door it would be better. Dental kit was supposedly there already as this is the main needs of every guests/travelers ,regardless if they bring with them their own. Above all the service was great. Have a great day!

Very hospitable and welcoming staff with nice restaurants and decent facilities. Clean, tidy and neat and unpretentious. Enjoyed our stay.

Mattress was a bit tired but otherwise no problem.
